The apartment is functional, located in the south of the island of Ortigia. Paolo is a attentive host, concerned about our various requests.

If you want to enjoy your peace and quiet, this is the place to be! The place is a little more secluded and the road there is very rocky and narrow. There is a bay within walking distance. It's also quite nice, but we found other beaches more beautiful. All could be reached within about 20 minutes by car. The apartment is relatively well equipped. The oven took some getting used to. In general, everything kept very clean. After about 3 days, Serafina came and changed our towels and gave us fresh eggs from her chickens again. The best part was to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning or relax in the chairs after a shower in the garden.🪴🌺 The air conditioning was good and important as it is quite windless on site. The photos Serafina published correspond 1:1 to reality. Thank you for the lovely stay😊

We really love this place and Luca is a very friendly host! The apartment is lovely and very spacey. A perfect spot to discover Noto and the surrounding area. We absolutely recommend to stay at this place!

We stayed here 5 nights. It is rustic but the location is beautiful and stunning. Hot tub is smaller than expected but was nice after long days walking on cobblestone. Friendly and amazing hosts. Available anytime you had questions or an issue.

THE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES We loved staying at Cesare and Cristiano's place. They made such beautiful renovation work, respecting the local architecture and local resources. The place is amazing for those who love nature and privacy. View from our villa to Noto to one side and to the sea on the other. Their property extends to a vast space and it is very well kept. Cesare and Cristiano are superb hosts, relaxed and easy going, always helpful. We felt in love with this place!

We enjoyed our remote work for 1 week from Cristina’s place in Sicily very much. Restaurants and the town of Syracuse are nearby. The place is as nice as on the pictures and worth visiting even in November. Cristina is very hospitable and greeted us with a wonderful surprise - sicilian cuisine.

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Very good stay spent with the family at Corrado's whose welcome and good advice was much appreciated! The accommodation is very functional and includes a beautiful swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden which makes it very pleasant after visits... It is also very well located, close to the main points of interest in the south east of Sicily . Recommended address without hesitation!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. It was a great stay at Rosario‘s place. It is a quiet area but perfectly located for trips to the sea, to beautiful cities and other destinations. Especially for families with kids recommended. Our children loved the cat and the dog as well as the pool of course. Thank you very much!

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

We, two adults and our 13-year-old son, spent a wonderful week in the Casale della Pergola over New Year's Eve. In the best weather (always about 15-17 degrees during the day) we enjoyed the large garden with the bananas, oranges, mandarins and clementines and the animals as well as the pool and were walking on the nearby beach. By rental car we explored Noto, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Syracuse and Mount Etna (with guided tour) and made a great hike through the canyon of Cava Grande del Cassibile (then a stop by Eva and Zio Pippo Marino-Marinello is recommended!), all easily accessible. Gioacchino was extremely helpful and very accommodating.

There was a misunderstanding about the location of the house. But that is well resolved by Marisella and her husband. The house is with all the comforts and very clean. The roof terrace has an amazing sea view and starry sky. The sandy beach is literally across the street. Beautifully clear water and in October it is a private beach. There are many sweet cats living around the house. Our daughter thought that was a very nice bonus. The house is very quiet. You will need a car for groceries or restaurants. They're great hosts and quick to respond.

Robin was helpful friendly warm and kind! The house is clean and comfortable and the surrounding sea is perfect.

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

It was the perfect place for us, as a family with small kids. Elisa and her mom Carmela were great, very friendly and responsive. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, we really felt at ease letting the children explore. The kitchen is well equipped and the kids loved the bunk beds. At our arrival we were greeted with local biscuits, wine and other goodies. They also set up a baby cot with all the linen and towels especially for our baby. All in all very satisfied!

Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet, only a short walk away from the gorgeous rocky coastline of Plemmirio and within a 30-minute drive from Siracusa, Noto or other places definitely worth a visit. Simone was the perfect host. He gave us several insider tips for exploring the beautiful region of South-East Sicily. We loved our stay.
