We had a great time staying here, we spent most of our time at the house! Hot tub, game room, and coffee bar were great amenities. Will definitely be back!

We haven't stayed there yet but we know the location. My husbands parents owned a cabin in this area prior to a fire that burned that area down. Her pictures look amazing so we cannot wait to stay. BUT the hosts are AMAZING. They are friendly, responsive-we were under a power outage for 5 days in a row and then she informed us her place was under an outage the day were were coming up. I explained I did not want to go to a location with no power as I was just leaving mine with no power and she immediately responded with choose whatever days are available on the calendar and we will block it out for you. So we are set to go in a little over a month and we can't wait!

From the moment I checked in to the morning I checked out, this little hidden gem was awesome. A little different from your typical Air BnB on the outside, but on the inside, it feels like home. Every detail was well-thought out and there were helpful signs and a binder that addressed any concerns one might have. I had everything I needed the entire time and the host was friendly and always responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again. Would recommend this place and host!

We had an amazing stay at Anna’s place for the Holidays! The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very kid friendly. The location was so peaceful and just a short drive to Lake Arrowhead Village and local restaurants. Anna was fantastic to deal with, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Christmas tree that Anna put up for the kids. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Can’t say enough about how beautiful and cozy this house was. Felt so peaceful to be there and our family loved it, we all had such a comfortable and amazing time it felt just like home. There is a zoo about 3 mins away from the house which is amazing when you go with kids, everything was pretty close to the house, restaurants, stores, etc.. the beds were really comfortable and warm. William answer all my questions really fast. Butch the guy that greeted us was really nice and gave us a tour to the house and explained everything to us.. I can go on and on about the amazing experience we had… definitely 10 out of 10 so glad we pick this house.

I booked the house for 2 nights with my family for the New Year. It’s a nice neighborhood, very quiet. The house is very clean and comfortable. There’s a trail of the end of the street. We had a great hike there and could see the sunset and sunrise. It is also close to the snowdrift park.

This place is absolutely perfect. We have stayed with Sara four times in The past 6 years. Walkable to both parks is key. But the place itself makes you feel at home. Comfortable and functional. Modern and useful. Affordable and safe. If Your Disneyland trip is to be a “Trip of a Lifetime”….stay at Sara’s….because then you will have accommodations that match your Trip of a Lifetime!!!

I stay at Mary's place for 9 days great location , peaceful and quiet for my son and I to spend christmass vacation just what I was looking for. A lot of stores nearby, movie theater, Bowling alley,close to L.A area, beaches and parks. I will definitely stay again.

Anastasiya and Stan are very excellent host. They are very helpful and are happy to answer questions with their local knowledge. The place is quiet and clean, at no point during our stay did we feel uneasy. I would 100% rebook should I travel back to Los Angeles

My family and I had a really great time staying here! The place was beautiful, clean and just like the pictures. The view was amazing and it made the whole experience even better. Mahi was very nice and responded quickly whenever I had a question. Everything was easy and I felt really comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again!

the house was well maintained and very clean. the beds were very comfy and our granddaughter loved the floor matress with funny throw pillows. heat was perfect and the fireplace was a plus for atmosphere. plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the prompt streaming internet and tvs where perfect in which we had a couple me time alone to relax. loved the elevator in the complex and underground parking was sweet. my truck had plenty of room to spare. loved it and we will enjoy this complex next time we go. it was very close to all restaurants and general food and RX stores. two thumbs up in my book. oh and the price was perfect.

For a first time in Big Bear, this place was amazing. It’s right in the heart of the village, with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and all other attractions are just a short drive! Parking on site of the rental also made it super easy. We’ve already agreed to stay here again any time we come back! Was super clean and not much noise at all :) 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay with the family!

Over all the space had plenty of bedrooms for everyone and it really helped having 4 full bathrooms. The beds we thought some were queens but definitely were not, but luckily only 1 person was sleeping in those 2 rooms. Over all, all rooms were very spacious with 2 master suites with king beds. Kitchen seating was very spacious with a nice backyard. Not much living space. There was only one living room. Not really comfortable for everyone to sit at once when it was raining outside. I do wish they had more comfortable seats for everyone since there is only 1 room where we all can sit. Location is a bit far. A lot of our activities were in Burbank and it took us 40-45 mins everyday to get there. LAX is about 1 hour and 20 mins unless you are traveling after 830 pm. Then it takes 45 mins. Burbank airport is about 40 mins without traffic. Warner bros studio is about 40 mins. I thought this house was a little closer to Burbank airport. But over all for 9 adults this house worked great.

My girlfriend and I loved this place as soon as we stepped in the door. Scott’s place was super clean and very spacious. The view is very beautiful and peaceful. You have a view of the lake and also ducks. My girlfriend and I were pretty cold but the heater and fireplace warmed us up really quick. We were 5 minutes without traffic from the village and 10 minutes with traffic. We would definitely come back!

Definitely the best hosts and well-priced for its location as there’s so much around. First stay but definitely won’t be our last one. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely worth checking out.

the place was exactly as described. hosts were extremely responsive throughout the entire trip. comfortable beds, well stocked home. perfect for us!

The kitchen was well stocked with basic pantry items (spices, oils, vinegars, coffee, tea, sugar etc). The linens and beds were soft and comfortable. The only things to note (and this is not a criticism just a nice FYI), if you have young kids the house can be echo-y, and if you are tall you may find the shower heads a little low. Helen was friendly, responsive and helpful. It was a bit of a drive to LA, but worth the quiet neighbourhood. We were very happy with our stay here and would happily recommend it.

We loved this place. It worked perfectly for our family trip with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. It was squeaky clean. The host was always very responsive. We would stay here again. Just keep in mind for those Disney heading people, with rush hour traffic it can take 45 minutes to get to the park. With no traffic, it’s an easy 21 minute drive.

Mark was very responsive to us, and we truly appreciated that. Although we had five adults and two babies, we never felt claustrophobic. The open living room, dining room & kitchen area lent itself to everyone comfortably being in the same place at the same time. The showers had AMAZING water pressure with continuous hot water, so that we did not have to stagger showers or postpone dishwashing, as we sometimes have to do at home! The weather didn’t cooperate for use of the pool or hot tub, but the back area is lovely and I’m sure most enjoyable. Comfy beds with extra linens, towels, and blankets are always a nice touch, especially after a long day at an amusement park. With ample cabinet space and cooking supplies, a family can make themselves completely at home preparing meals during a long stay. We would definitely come here again. The place fulfilled all of our wants and needs. Thanks, Mark!

We felt comfortable and safe at this property. The location was convenient to many restaurants and stores. The decor was good with just a little wear and tear. It felt clean and fresh throughout the home. All supplies that we needed were available. Personally I loved the premium shower products and the plush toilet tissue and paper towels. The only minor complaints would be that we needed more face towels, even though we knew not to remove makeup with the towels. Next the high table in the family room wasn't stable and lastly it took an extremely long time for the water to heat up in the sinks. Hetavi did welcome us graciously as the host. I felt that she was there for us if we would have needed anything. I highly recommend this property to others. You will not be disappointed.
