Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

A very charming and beautiful cottage. Very clean and had everything we have wanted. There is a quaint pub right opposite which we popped into for a drink. Very friendly. We woke up to the sound of bird song and lambs. Would definitely recommend but need to note how steep the stairs are.

Andy’s house was peaceful and cosy, and close to the old town of Hastings pubs and eateries, without being right in the thick of it. We had great company from Blue the cat who made us feel right at home, and the kitchen was a delightful living space for us in the evening. Bed was super comfy and the whole house was warm despite it being a windy, chilly day. Can’t fault and would love to return for a longer stay!

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Absolutely loved the stay! Sarah and Reuben are fantastic, professional hosts; Sarah was swift and helpful with responses on any queries we had during our stay, and Reuben helpfully prepared some extra firewood for the pizza oven, as the logs we had were on the larger side. Everywhere was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfectly private and idyllic, with supermarkets only a 10 minute drive away. Of course, no review would be complete without mentioning the amazing hot tub - a wonderful, relaxing experience! We would highly recommend staying at their lovely property!

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

stayed in Julie's flat for 2 nights it was very nice, clean and comfortable plenty of on street parking available too. There are a lot of stairs to climb which some people might find a challenge though but worth it when you get to the top though.

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

Anthony has an amazing Georgian house which is easily to get to from Sheerness train station The house is absolutely incredible and feels like you are stepping back in time.Anthony is very accommodating and is close by incase of any difficulties.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Located close to the beach and Whitstable High Street. A comfortable and well designed living space. Being above Windy Stores was a bonus and car parking on site too!

A great property just a short walk from the sea. The ground floor flat was beautifully taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing mini-break. We particularly appreciated the breakfast items, nespresso machine and prosecco, along with the very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this modern and well-equipped cottage, located on a quiet street close to the sea and the white cape nose. Emmanuelle was very accurate in her information. All that was missing was the garden table and barbecue, which had not been installed given the precocity in the season, and yet would have been very useful given the beautiful sunshine that shone all weekend. We will be back!

Very nice villa. Very well cleaned and considering details. There was a nice bottle of wine ready for ins. There was coffee. Everything's nice and clean. Beautiful surroundings. Nautica is recommended. Communication with Cristina went smoothly and well.

What can I say, yes there was sunshine for us, yes we were with family/friends, yes we had memorable moments but all this would not have had the same flavor without this house that makes us feel at home, with the sea in addition.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

We loved our stay in Arnaud’s place. We got very lucky with the weather, but even so the area is beautiful and the house is very well equipped with comfy beds, thoughtful extras and everything you need….sitting out having lunch on the sunny terrace was a particular highlight! Arnaud was extremely helpful with recommendations etc and even offered us a late check out. There is lots to do with the beach being close by and nice towns to visit and the bikes provided are really fun to potter around on. We couldn’t recommend Arnaud’s place highly enough as the perfect place for a get away and much look forward to returning. Thank you Arnaud.
