Very close to the historic center with the escalators of Piazzale Europa and the typical Borgo June 20, with the Agraria Botanical Garden, the church of San Pietro and the Giardino del Frontone with its many events. You will fall in love with Perugia !!!

Best pool, great views, in a 17th c Palazzo

The top floor of this historic listed palazzo(but at road level) with 2 bedrooms and lots of space. The views are amazing and you get use of one of the best ever pools! The views are amazing down the beautiful Valnerina. At an altitude of 550m the air is usually fresher than in the valley - but still plenty warm enough in summer. In spring and autumn it is a great area for walking or cycling.
