Waterfront vacation rentals in Florida Keys

This is the second time I have stayed in this space and I loved it just as much as the first! I actually have it booked again for a third stay! Absolutely everything you could need in a beautiful and quiet location! Close to great restaurants and the beach and just up the road from Publix. Responsive and friendly hosts who communicate everything perfectly! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay.

My daughters and myself travel South Florida a lot and this was by far one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen . Everyday we would watch the boats as they come in and out and enjoyed the view

It's a really nice place with wonderful views and the pool and hot tub were the highlights of our stay. Easy to walk to various bars and restaurants. Check-in was a little confusing as there are 3 buildings and it wasn't clear which building and entrance to use. Ben should provide a map/photo of the valet and entrance to use. Also, the lady who checked us in didn't speak very good English. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Our host was so accommodating, kind, and responsive. The property is lovely, and excellent value for the price. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Fort Lauderdale. The bikes were also a nice treat. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place with ocean view and easy walk to beach which is backyard of the building. The place was clean and tidy. Communication with Alina was smooth and responsive. Overall, we had great experience.

This condo is great. An incredible view and close to everything we wanted. The amenities and unit were accurately described and more than met our needs. Rodney was a responsive host and gave precise instructions for check-in and access. We've stayed at the ICON a few times and this is a condo we certainly hope to use again in the future. Excellent! We had a great stay! The apartment is very comfortable and clean. With everything you need to feel really comfortable. The place is very quiet, close to the beach and with a great view from the balcony. Yana has been a great host. Thank you!

Great place to stay. We brought our 30’ boat. The canal is deep and there is plenty of room at the dock. Nice, fenced area to park the boat trailer. Walkable to many restaurants and the grocery store. Definitely recommend.

the home was spotless. modern and up to date. Quiet area and street. includes access to a beach club down the street. restaurants and shops nearby. my wife enjoyed the fresh seafood. it's a 10

My group and I had an amazing stay! Corey and Armando were amazing hosts; super responsive to any questions and flexible to my requests. They even provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Home was beautiful and in a great area. I would definitely stay here again!

Doraida was very responsive from initially booking throughout the duration our stay. All of the communication was clear, the instructions were easy to understand, check-in was easy, and the accommodations were very modern with all needed amenities found on site.

We absolutely loved the place. Everything was exactly as pictured and then some more besides. We couldn’t ask for anything better and would definitely stay again ourselves and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

My family had a great time at Tims vacation home. The kids couldn't get enough fishing in the Canal. The house was the cleanest Airb&b I've ever stayed at! Tim does live/building house on the same property which I wasn't aware of, but it wasn't an issue at all! The house had alot of the things you need, already available, and all the neighbors were very friendly as well! Keep doing what your doing Tim, you have a great vacation spot! We would definitely stay again!

The house is incredibly comfortable and spacious, exactly as described by Mike in the listing. Its location is excellent, with restaurants and supermarkets just a short distance away. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, providing everything we needed. We truly felt at home and highly recommend staying here.

The place is exactly what I expected. It is what was presented in the photos. Relatively modern design, plenty of room, centrally located to get to lots of great places! The neighbors made it even better, super friendly and great to talk to. A big chunky lab across the street is quick to bark, but loves literally everyone. We had an AC issue that was outside of the owners control and they took care of it, they were responsive throughout. I would stay here again. Giving 3 stars for value is a reflection on the economy, not the owners. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

The space was very comfortable, well appointed and clean. Great view from the nicely furnished deck. Had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our visit to Tavernier. The condo was perfect for our few days off and we appreciated having both a pool and beach. There were many restaurants nearby and grocery shopping was easy as well. Having an end unit was great as it allowed it a lot more light than most of the units in Ocean Pointe. The unit was everything we expected!

The place was absolutely beautiful and clean, with an unbeatable location right next to the beach—truly a stunning spot to stay! The hosts were very responsive, provided detailed instructions, and even checked in on us after we arrived, which we really appreciated. However, I did feel a bit anxious about the extensive handbook of rules, which made it feel like there was a lot of pressure to leave everything spotless. Additionally, having to do laundry and take out the trash, especially when departing at 5 a.m., felt a bit much considering the cleaning fee we paid. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the hosts’ attentiveness stood out, but these details slightly impacted the convenience of the experience.

Place was perfect for what we needed. A lot of great restaurants in the area.

Overall highly recommend Great location Well equipped Note: the building would not let us use the pool or the spa on our last day and wasted 1 hour of time calling around on why our passes expired without solving it (pool is run by W hotel)

We loved staying at Brian's place! It was everything we expected and much, much more. Such a beautiful area on the Intercoastal Waterway! We will definitely look forward to coming back!

We loved our stay at this amazing condo. Nice view off the little deck and enjoyed our morning visits from the raccoons below. Lots to do on the property with the pool, beach, bar, marina and more. The bartender Tara was wonderful too! Close to anything else you wanted to do in Tavernier or Islamorada. The condo was clean, confortable and well furnished with all the necessities. We wished we could've stayed another week!
