Vacation rentals with a patio in Florida

The apartment is as shown in the photos. Agustin was always helpful and responded to all our inquiries quickly. The cleanliness of the Depto was very good. The balcony is beautiful to sit and enjoy the canopy of the trees. We will definitely go back to the same place without thinking twice. Point in favor, it has parking in the building grave!

Great place to stay in Palermo Hollywood. Excellent patio and view. One of the patio chairs was broken but that is a small complaint. The apartment was close to good restaurants, bakeries and gyms. The apartment was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Maik, the host, was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great! The place looks exactly like the photos, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Please check the photos and reviews other have shared - I agree with all!!! The photos describe the place very well. Very very nice place, very well located, nice neighborhood, store right across the street and nice neighborhood restaurant right there on the corner - which we unfortunatlely left for last..... Nice to have a bottle of water ready in the fridge on arrival, plus small details such as toillet paper, shampoo, soap and other such in place (small things which we have sometimes missed elsewhere). Our host was already there waiting for us on arrival and arranged for our early departure. We can fully recommend!!!! Should we return to Buenos Aires would love to stay there again.

Excellent attention. We were very kind to don Carmelo (Federico's father) who communicated by message at all times with us and we had the best attention of those in charge of the building. Everything was sparkling. Surprised the details, iron, board, super spacious closets and the interior patio. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my relatives.

The apartment is very nice!!! Whenever we need something they were always there to resolve it or help us. I would definitely come back.

Excellent experience. The place is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for what we needed. In addition, Gaspar had a very good predisposition at all times, which made everything easier. Highly recommended!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Very good hosts. Easy to communicate and resolve, although we did not have any problems. Everything works properly. Place with many amenities nearby. The house is neat, with all the amenities described working very well. Like the photos. 4 rooms do not have external windows, they are internal rooms with windows towards the hallway of the house. No problem, it's just good to clear it up. But the house is very functional and in a very central place. Easy entrance with code. Prolijo sheets, towels, spacious and comfortable bathrooms. Everything was great.

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

Marcelo's place is excellent, very private and safe location. There is a lot of traffic on the street if you're a light sleeper, but otherwise the whole stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was very nice and the terrace is huge. Thank you so much Marcelo!!

Everything is impeccable , the house is very comfortable and very well equipped, ideal if you need long stays. We went to the Movistar Arena and it is very close by, so the location is great. Maria is very friendly and helpful at all times, even though we arrived at night. I recommend it 100%

28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Beautiful and spacious dpt! The photos are faithful, the hosts are all very friendly. I don't notice that they did not have air conditioning, on hot days it gets very complicated. There is also no fan but I was told that they could bring one closer if needed. The bathroom door doesn't quite close. The area is quiet and you have everything you need nearby: laundromats, supermarkets, greenery etc

We loved our stay at Nico's place. Great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and sightseeing spots. The apartment was new so everything was nice and clean. The building amenities were top notch with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, 24/7 security and a huge plus of having a washing machine in unit. Nico's attention to detail was evident with little amenities that made our stay even easier including mosquito repellent, cables and converters. We had a little mishap during our stay where the sink faucet broke and caused a little flooding but Nico was super responsive and helpful at all times, which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
