Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

Visitors will be comfortable in this unique space, sympathetically restored, retaining original period features and furniture. Your hosts, Clive and Susie, live in the original mill owner’s residence, next door. Clive looks after the house, gardens and three children. Susie works at a local hospital. Great for all guests, providing secure cycle storage and workshop and sporting activities including a full size table tennis table, pool table and access to trampolines and the family zip wire.
