My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. My granddaughter loved the games and the books. The location is beautiful and the views were wonderful to look at. Very short walking distance to the beach and plenty to do in the local area. It was a real home from home and would highly recommend a stay here.

From before booking the host was fast answering my questions which was hugely reassuring having never used AirBnB before. On arrival everything was as expected and somethings beyond expected such as the built in kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. This was massively helpful for our family. Our little boy said wowwwwww when we first entered :) The beds are comfortable and our boys enjoyed watching rabbits from their bedroom window first thing. When we were cleaning and tidying up to leave, we noticed the drawer with some books in under the TV. Might be of interest to someone…. We would definitely make use of this host and accomodation again in the future. The boys loved Treyarnon Bay beach and learned to body board with their dad whilst being watched over by life guards. It was also lovely to have a little BBQ on the beach one night and S’mores on another night. Take Glow Sticks! And a bucket of Water. There are also ample bins and recycling bins. Jennifer is a great host and very responsive. The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. It's in an absolutely stunning location. Every room offers sea views, which we loved. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the living room which was really cosy and the big TV made nights in all the more fun. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. The instructions book was very informative. The house is right by the beach and has plenty of scenic walking routes on your doorstep. We loved our stay and would happily return in the future and recommend to others.

This is a lovely place to stay. It has the luxury of a downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom. We loved the location it’s peaceful but only a few minutes walk to the village shop and the sea. We did some walking on the Southwest Coastpath and made use of the local bus service (bus stop opposite). The host Stephen is very helpful.

No 10 was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all mod cons. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, making use of all bedrooms and bathrooms. A nice touch to have toiletries, kitchen roll, tinfoil, tea bags, coffee etc provided and some milk, chocolate, cider and cereal were kindly left for us too. Rachel and Howard were responsive and helpful. The house was in a great location to explore the beaches and town centre, which were 2 minutes and 10 minutes walk respectively. There is only room for one car on the drive but parking on the road was usually available. A nice garden space is available too although sadly we didn’t have the weather to make use of it!

We had a fantastic stay at 14 The Vista. It's ideally located for the beach and the town. The property has everything you need and is incredibly quiet. It was perfect for our stay. We loved exploring the area and really appreciated the info pack left by Danielle and Matt. Our dogs had a great time too! We'll be back! Thank you! Simon & Camilla

We had a fantastic stay here. The property was amazing and the views were phenomenal. 9 of us fit in easily and had planty of space. We could walk into Newquay and there were shops, restaurants and bars as well as coastal walks, fish and chips on the beach and thexsealife centre. The inlet to the sea at the bottom of the garden was stunning! Wakkable when the tide was out and we were able to paddle board when it was in. We thourally enjoyed the hot tub and the downstairs tv room with beautiful soft comfy sofa was perfect for gaming and films. It was lovely that we were left withba welcome basket when we arrived of cream, jam, scones and fresh bread and chocolate. Suchva lovely welcoming touch.

The stay was lovely and comfortable 😊 i. Had 3 kids with me they loved the place so much we will. Definitely come back if we are visiting Cornwall again thank you so much for your hospitality 😊😊😊

Realy nice holiday home. Lovely holiday park even better home. Nice and modern. Host was really nice and was really responsive to any queries we had.

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and Melanie also kindly arranged some decorations as we were staying over Christmas. The balcony has a fantastic view of the beach which was only 5 mins walk away. The swimming pool and other facilities were excellent, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's great for a family holiday with lots to do nearby and on site.

Nick has been incredible. We’ve been a long term ‘holidayer’ whilst waiting for our house to exchange and complete. It’s cosy, comfortable and perfect for our little family. Nick has been in contact throughout and responds extremely quickly to any messages. Thank you so much for making our move to Cornwall, our son’s first Christmas and birthday so easy and memorable.

Had a lovely holiday with two families in Louise’s property - great size and location and games room was such a winner with six children Very easy booking and check in and Louise really helpful and easy to book with.

Just got home after a lovely stay at Jane’s caravan, the caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever need! Lots of bedding and cooking utensils also some games to keep you entertained! The location is perfect for Newquay town, padstow and Crantock which is where we always like to go. Being out of Season the sites cafe and shop wasn’t open so I couldn’t comment on those things but that’s useful to have in season! Jane left us clear instructions and the communication was great. We would happily stay here again! Thanks Jane.

Loved our stay, everything was beautifully presented and our American friends standards were surpassed too. House had everything we needed, showers were great and beds were really comfortable. We loved Charlestown local eateries too, but recommend you book in busy seasons. Highly recommend this house and location.

We booked our stay with Marcus and Lucy to celebrate a special family birthday. Eight of us (6 adults and 2 children) stayed for 4 nights and we were BLOWN away by the house and location, it was a real treat!! The house was beautifully designed, well equipped with everything you could need, plus lots of extra lovely and useful touches / amenities. The living area was great for spending time together, but the house was also spacious enough for your own quiet time to admire the beautiful beach views! Beds were comfy, showers were amazing, and the whole place spotless. We usually stay in Mawgan Porth, but loved staying in Porth so close to the beach, pub and walks nearby. Lucy was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We didn't want to leave, and would love to return again! Thank you! x

We spent a week at the house with several generations and it was absolutely perfect. There are basically two separate living rooms which was brilliant. Great that we had our own bathrooms and the house is in a fantastic location. Loads of space, kitchen worked well and would recommend the house for a group that has different needs to cater to. The hosts were very responsive and left good instructions.

Such a lovely stay over the Christmas period with our family. 8 of us stayed, the home is so spacious we never felt on top of each other. Everything we needed and more was in the home, very well looked after. We even arrived to the home decorated for Christmas. The home was very clean to a high standard. We are already thinking about booking again for the summer months.

We had a lovely stay in this clean self contained property. It’s private and well located for all amenities. The shower room is very nice with constant hot water. The lounge is comfortable and relaxing with a well supplied kitchen. The floors are cool so bring your slippers or something warm. Overall this is a great property, run by nice people and we’d definitely stay again.

A lovely place to stay in , situated in an amazing location and great to come back to after a day on the beach . A good size for 8 adults with a well equipped kitchen . The family had a lovely holiday together .

We had a lovely stay at Bella Vista, we were a group of 12 friends and felt the house was a good size for us. The best part about it is probably its location, in a really lovely village, close to lots of amenities (walking distance) and easy enough to get into Newquay via taxis. It’s near a really lovely beach and has good outside space. Only thing we found difficult as a group of 12 friends was sharing 1 communal shower. If the second bathroom had a shower head over the bath, it would be perfect! But may be easier with younger families. Overall we had a fantastic time and thank Clare for her hospitality, she was great from booking through to checkout!:))

Our stay at the Dunes was brilliant. The house is absolutely fantastic and finished to a really high standard. It was easy to feel at home from the off and the view was absolutely spectacular. Brilliant home and we’ll hopefully be back at some point in the near future. Thanks also to Emily who was really helpful in help pre booking and then during our stay.
