We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

Jeneene’s was a great place to stay for our family. Beautifully appointed and well set up for kids. An easy distance to the airport and Philly sports venues. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 3 toddlers.

We had a wonderful family holiday gathering at A.J.’s place in Nether Providence. A beautiful home that was very conveniently located and comfortable for a large group. A.J. was helpful and communicative. A real find!

I came back to PA for my dad’s funeral and we chose to stay here because it seemed like a great location for the kids and it was perfect. We had a very nice stay. The yard is incredible and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to Tyler State park and central to everything. The kids spent so much time outside in the yard.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

My elderly Mom & I loved this spot! She had an early AM appt at UPenn so we stayed here the night before. I easily walked a few blocks to Sweetgreen to get us a healthy dinner. It was an easy drive (less than a mile) to the Perelman Center. Inside the home, it was exactly as described. Nice & big. TV worked well. 2 bathrooms helps. Surprisingly very quiet for being in the heart of West Philly. Would stay again for sure!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Lombard Place! The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, with charming buildings and a safe, walkable atmosphere—everything we wanted to see was just a short stroll away. One of the biggest perks was the garage parking, which made our trip so much easier since we didn’t have to worry about street parking. The room itself was cozy and romantic, with plenty of space for my husband and me. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and even had an interesting collection of books to browse through. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks and drinks—such a nice touch! Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and if we need to stay overnight in Philly again, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We felt right at home at Junior’s place! The decor was really cool, and the space was very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Philly!

I love when the homes are fully furnished and comfortable. Pretty much everything was there. We didn't need much. Great location for sports. Parking can be tricky but never impossible. One other thing. Thu was extremely responsive start to finish! Thank you!!

The place was clean and cozy and perfect for our trip. The subway is only a minute away, although be careful because it only runs roughly once an hour. We were two couples staying and there was more than enough space to be comfortable for the weekend. Thanks Tsahai!

I had a fantastic stay at Ying’s Airbnb in Philadelphia! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—well-kept, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and Ying was an incredible host. She was very responsive and made check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect—within walking distance of many popular spots, which made exploring the city so easy. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this is an ideal place to stay. Brandy's place was wonderful! Exactly what we were looking for. Had plenty of space to accommodate all of our guests comfortably and was neat, clean, well-decorated and very welcoming! Brandy was a pleasure to communicate with and was extremely helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

John’s place was super clean with nice amenities like extra pillows with different firmness (something I really appreciate). John was very responsive and I would definitely stay there again!

The house was very meticulous cared for. Everything was neat and clean. The finished basement with computer desk and laundry area was thoughtful although we didn’t utilize that. My husband and children and I visited for family to watch the Super Bowl in the city that we are from. We got to do exactly that and show our children how Philadelphia looks in celebration of the win. The only thing we missed was television in the bedrooms since our children are younger. There is only one TV in the living room. We had tablets and all otherwise and with the WiFi it was an amazing experience! We would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable with our family because of the cleanliness! 100% recommend and thank you so much for your hospitality :-)

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was fantastic and was walkable to most of the things we wanted to enjoy in Philly. Cory was a great and responsive host. Would stay again, especially for a large party!

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!
