Casa located in the neighborhood of Pousada da Neve, ideal for those looking for tranquility and rest, and proximity to downtown. The house has, on the ground floor, patio with grass, large living room, kitchen with large dining table and barbecue, laundry and laundry room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a bathroom (en-suite), one of them has a balcony. The town is very illuminated! It has three air conditioners, both hot and cold. It was furnished a little bit, so the furniture is in great condition!
