Modern, simple, Nordic interior with location on quiet residential road in short walking distance to trains, buses, Næstved center, cafes, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for e.g. businessmen, students or tourists who would like to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the way outside the residence.

Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Cozy decorated annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-room apartment containing a double bed, a sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), a dining area and a kitchen with an oven and a fridge. The annex is newly renovated with gentle hand and we have tried to decorate it as cozy as possible. Outdoor nook, when weather allows. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are home.
