Vacation rentals with lake access in Faro District

We stayed at Sarah’ Villa for a family break and immediately felt that we'd found a home away from home. Nothing was missing and you find a lot of attention to details, even offering a surfboard. We especially enjoyed the large pool, evenings on the terrace and the breathtaking nature surrounding the villa. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Just back from a great week at Casa 38. The place was even better than the pictures and couldnt have asked for much more. The hosts were also really helpful with lots of great, local recommendations. Will definitely be back.

Nice place, good location.

Wow! Just wow! We absolutely loved staying here and having José and Sonia as our hosts! Right from the warm welcome we received, down until the minute we left, they were so attentive, and answered any questions we had within minutes. I ended up having to see a dentist that José arranged some appointments for me as well and everything was perfect! The apartment alone was impeccably clean and we needed for nothing! We stayed for a month and we had the most amazing time! José made sure that we had regular cleaning service and reached out to us often to make sure that we were not lacking anything in the apartment . And the wealth of information about the area, tourist attractions, amazing places to eat, and the best beaches to visit was absolutely over the top!! We took all their recommendations and added them to our own itinerary and we were certainly not disappointed. The location of the apartment was on a nice street with several restaurants! I definitely recommend Chez Holidays!!

Excellent location. Modern & so clean. Everything you need + a nice bottle of wine and treats. 🫶🏻 Easy walk to everything in town. View of the church, castle & convent from terrace - they are lit at night, so pretty. Beach towels & nice beach bag provided - we appreciated this. We loved this apartment, location and the town! So many great restaurants! Parking is a challenge in Tavira. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Quiet and beautiful place located, really enjoyed the stay here. The price really matched the quality of the place, and the hosts were caring, trying to help with the questions that came up. I recommend others to stay here too;)

isabell‘s place is a nice large sunny apartment with two bedrooms and a nice kitchen with some good equipment. The best part is as large balcony over the Lagos Marina. There are fitted closets very large lots of storage space. Good TV and cable washer heater and air conditioning works great. We would smoke to stay there again.

We were very happy with this place. Beautiful view and right where we wanted to be. Walking the beach everyday and checking out the town. Also we were able to venture to other towns for some sightseeing as everything was fairly close. The instructions are very clear for this place too. Our only suggestion for others coming and have a car be careful in the underground parking garage. Very small tight quarters so best rent a small car for your travels or park out on the street. Would definitely go back here if we travel back this way.

In Sitio Ubuntu we found a little paradise. We immediately felt very comfortable, the quiet location and the garden with the numerous opportunities to relax allow you to quickly forget everyday life. Great beaches are easy to reach by car, and the hosts have provided us with good tips for excursions. Thanks for a great stay! We will be happy to come back!

Just back frome a 5 day trip, staying at Pedro's Natural grey apartment in Albuferia, Old town. All the info on Air B&B was completely accurate and Pedro was extremely helpful. The apartment was pristine and everything needed for our stay was available; thick towels, bathroom toiletries, kitchen essentials, comfy bed and bedding not to forget the bonus of a balcony. Pedro was very responsive to any questions, very organized and informative prior and during our stay with step by step instructions and photos to make it easier. We definitely would consider returning to this or one of his other properties. Thanks Pedro

Super cozy and thoughtful appartment. And the view! It's just the best

As much as we loved Cabanas and Tomás’ unit, what was most outstanding was the manner in which Tomás communicated with us. In travelling, you meet all kind of people, Tomás stands out as a man of great character, he made sure that everything worked out as promised.

The apartment is nice and spacious. The terrace not overlooked is a plus even if the sea view is limited. The building is well secured. The rooftop pool is small but offers a pleasant space after a long day of sightseeing. The view is beautiful.

Perfect location, easy walking distance to everything that Lagos has to offer with an excellent view from the top floor balcony. The space was on the small side but more than enough room for what the two of us needed, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. The only negative was that there’s a strong smell of cigarettes from the neighbor’s place both in the hallway before walking into the room and sometimes on the balcony, but it is perfectly clean and no cigarette smell inside the apartment. This small detail was obviously outside the control of the owner and we had a perfect stay in Lagos at Rainer’s place! The location cannot be beat and the apartment was perfect.

Beautiful house! Very clean and stylishly decorated! We had an great week and felt very comfortable. The house is located just outside Silves surrounded by nature. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time na Casa Girassol! The view from the house to surroundings is beautiful. Lovely studio perfect to disconnect and enjoy the nature.

I've stayed at Anabela's a few years back and loved it that I came back this year. Anabela is lovely and she has uograded her place in the kast years with apool area. I love the remote Location and the mood around her place, Its is cosy with many places to hang out in hammocks. You can BBQ, there is even a Pizza oven. I can only highly recommend this charming house.

Casa Gaisma was paradise in the mountains, located in between fruit trees with only sound of birds and the dogs in the valley communicating with each other. Gaisma and Jörg are really friendly and helped with everything we needed. The two dogs living next door were like a family to us, always coming over when we got home after the daytrips and there in the morning to say good morning and seeing if we were having something good for breakfast that they could get a taste of 😍 The surrounding is filled with fruit trees that we could picked off and enjoyed. The bed is comfy and we asked for a fan to get a little bit better air in the bedroom over the nighttime. We always had geckos and frogs in the outdoor space - the frog even jumped in my hand 🤩 and one night we had the adventure to have a visit from a scorpion (wich Gaisma helped us with because we are not used to them). It is just a short drive to visit the beautiful beaches all around and the small towns in the mountains. Loved it

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.
