The most gorgeous tiny home cabin where the space is used so effectively! Small kitchen with everything you need. Big bathroom, cozy shower. Comfy linen. Great layout of the living room with cute decorations. It’s everything we wanted for a cozy cabin weekend. Walkable to the lake. Great amenity for the summer. Hot tub was fine sharing with Big Dipper :)

The pictures don’t lie! Great unobstructed views of the river with access to the rivers edge. Restaurants 10 minutes away in Pollock Pines were very good. Great balance between a retreat and access to mountain amenities.

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

This home was in the perfect location, 10 minutes to Heavenly and the Stateline. The neighborhood was picturesque and very private. And the cabin was exactly like the pictures. Dan and Ada were perfect hosts!

Beautiful, quiet and private, this cabin property has quickly become a favorite place for my family. The hosts are friendly, quick to reply and thoughtful.

The location is beautiful. Especially if you’re a skier there is a resort right down the street. Plenty of snow to play in outside. Tons of room with the spacious four bedrooms. Nice having washer dryer and a full kitchen available. The hot tub and suana is an added bonus.

Nice house with a great room and 2 bedrooms, just the right size for a family. It was ideal for a skiing trip to Northstar for me and my 2 children. The hot tub was nice and clean and felt great after a day of skiing. There is a nice gas fireplace that was both cheery and warmed up the room and helped dry out our snow pants. The location is great for getting to both Northstar and downtown Kings Beach - note that you do have to get over a pass to get to Northstar, so in the winter bring your chains or AWD car in case of weather. It feels professionally run - the hosts were proactive about communication and quickly responsive. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

House was comfortable for two families and had everything we needed. The kids liked the downstairs games. The location was convenient for groceries, restaurants and skiing. We would stay here again.

Location location location! We loved being able to walk down to the lake for an afternoon walk, and to the Fat Cat for happy hour. The hot tub was clean and always warm. What a great way to wind down after a day of riding. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots-pans for cooking.

We loved staying at Mike's cabin. It was a perfect relaxing getaway for us and our dogs on a very quiet street with nearby trails. We enjoyed the cozy feeling of the cabin and were glad to have a well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of firewood for unwinding at night. Mike was very friendly and communicative, and was able to offer some local suggestions when asked. Just a heads up - if you don't have 4 wheel drive, you may want to use chains to get up the last couple hilly streets to the cabin in case of icy or snowy conditions. Once we arrived, though, the stairs to the cabin were completely free of ice and snow. Thank you, Mike!

My partner, our dog pickles, and I had a wonderful stay at Hams Station! The cabin was perfectly located for snow sports and hiking. The restaurant has some of the best breakfast I’ve had and the cabin is peaceful enough to enjoy lunch on the back patio. We are so happy to have gotten to stay and look forward to staying in the future!

We were very pleased with our stay here. The hosts were very responsive and checked in on us. The backyard is huge and we enjoyed building snowmen there . It was a quick 13 min drive to the Heavenly slopes, super easy to get there.

Annalisa has created a truly welcoming space in Tahoe City. We immediately felt at home and familiar with the locale. The creature comforts afforded by Annalisa's property made our stay all the more seamless. Only minutes from downtown Tahoe City, with access to sprawling walking trails, Lake Tahoe, and numerous outdoor activies, our days were full with enriching experiences that we will remember for ever. My family and I had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed plus some added doggie supplies! Very comfortable and close to everything. Would stay again!

Amazing place and very accommodating host!

Steve and Angel’s cabin is just amazing. We will book it again soon. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, private hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, smart TVs, quiet, and perfect location 3 minutes to restaurants/Heavenly/village center. Our family of 4 had a fabulous time. Steve and Angel are great hosts and welcomed us in person. We loved our stay. A Tahoe gem.

This place was cute, clean, and charming. Plenty of space for 5 people, and the host left a welcome gift for us upon arrival. The host was very responsive. A minor thing was that we weren't able to use the hot tub because the filter had a malfunction, but this place worked really well for our winter ski trip to Kirkwood and Heavenly.

Perfect getaway!! We stayed here to celebrate my husbands birthday and have some peace and quiet to start the new year! The home is so cozy, I took many much needed naps with the heated blanket in the complimentary robe. We had the best campfire down by the creek, with beautiful starry night sky. We went to the hot springs every day, which is 5 minutes away! We will definitely be coming back! Gordy and Linda are fantastic people :)

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a little peace and quiet away from the chaos of stateline and what not. We came during the snow and there was a lot of good sledding within walking distance
