Cottage vacation rentals in Fairfield County

Was a cozy home on a beautiful property. Close to all the area attractions. Ann was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. The festive decorations added to our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute cabin on Lake Logan. The neighborhood was quiet, and the view walking out in the morning overlooking the lake was beautiful and relaxing. Our favorite feature was definitely the hot tub, located on the back patio, as it was very clean and private. It was the perfect way to relax in the evening after a hike in the park. We found the bed to be comfortable and comparable to our queen bed at home (other reviewers have questioned the size). A short drive from The Coffee Emporium for breakfast or a delicious snack, and minutes from both the park and downtown Logan, the location was ideal. If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills, comfortable cabin close to it all, this rental is for you.

Place was wonderful! Caught lots of small fish without leaving our cabin! Clean, friendly. This was our 2nd time staying at their cabins. Would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful three days in the cottage! Loved the kitchen—it had everything you needed and more. As someone who loves to cook, it was great to be able to whip up a full meal. The cottage is extreme cozy and extremely clean and organized. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after some hiking. Speaking of attractions, nothing seemed more than 15-20 minutes away and the roads provide more beautiful scenery. Highly recommend.

Sarah’s place is a wonderful getaway! Everything you need to enjoy the area or just rest and recharge. Sarah is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns.

this place is in a great location. plenty to do in the area, museums, scenery, tourist activities, and the shopping is awesome. the home was beautiful and smelled great. the only thing that was dirty was the wall above the trash can, but it wasn't that bad. the neighborhood is great, had no issues with anybody or privacy. the neighbor on the right side acted kinda weird when we were leaving and stared us down when we were packing out, but I think it was just an older resident that didnt like having an Airbnb next door, but no problems from him other than that. we would and probably will stay here again. Only things they could add would be some more stuff in the game room. we used it quite a bit and actually took advantage of the board/card games and that was probably the best part. great little family getaway.

Quaint cottage near many of the Hocking Hills attractions. The kitchen was well stocked and the Wi-Fi worked well. Communication with Lisa was easy and she was very responsive when we had an issue. It rained pretty hard and then snowed the two days we were there, so we did not get a chance to enjoy the area. However, we able to watch movies and relax on the comfortable couch and in the hot tub. Next time we hope to get to see the sites!

This place is the perfect getaway for a couple. So peaceful and relaxing. All for a great price, we highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future!

I had a very comfortable stay. The house is cute with lots of light and a very nicely laid out design. The location is great. I would stay again next time I am in Columbus.

We had a wonderful quiet escape at Howdy’s and even got to enjoy the first snow of the season! We loved the big front porch to drink our coffee and really appreciated the small touches that make the space more comfortable, like throw blankets and timers for lights

The place was absolutely beautiful. We got to see plenty of deer and other wildlife right in the backyard. The amenities were plentiful and had way more space than what the pictures showed. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would return myself.

This cottage is perfect for a little get away! It was so clean and spacious! The hot tub was a hit! I am sad we never got around to using the jacuzzi in the cottage! The place is perfect for your furry companion! They have a guest dog bed and bowls even provide poop bags by the back door! The land is great for small walks with your pup too! Overall we had a wonderful time! We loved the fireplace in the living room and Joesph was great enough to offer to leave it out for us so we didn’t have to! Very responsive host! I would stay again! The driveway is steep if you do not have a car that can make it up good hills but my SUV did fine , even snowed a little and still was able to get up the drive way! Thank you for everything Joseph!

Cute little townhouse located a short walk from all the good stuff in German Village. The large master bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need. Michael was nice to let me check out a little late since my flight was late. This a is a great rental for a couple with a short-term stay. The backyard space looked like a cool area to hangout if it wasn’t snowing! I would consider staying here again.

We will be booking again! Kelly was super thoughtful going as far as to make buckeyes and cookies for us and homemade dog treats for our fur babies. She had everything thought out. We could not stop talking about how thoughtful and kind she was. She communicated every step of the way to ensure we were all taken care of and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and had a wonderful, stress-free weekend. Thanks Kelly!

The stay was great and exactly as described. It was very clean inside and the bed was so comfortable! The parking instructions and access to the house were clear and seamless. Also greatly appreciated the coffee provided and access to the coffee machine, it was overall a great stay and somewhere I would definitely stay again.

We came out for winter fest and such a good time. The house is beautiful and very clean. We would love to come out in the summer time for a weekend.

Had everything you needed, especially in the kitchen! The buckeyes and cookies were a "sweet" touch. Loved the heated bathroom floor. Liked walking on the path by the lake. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.
