Beach house vacation rentals in Fairfield

This was our first experience using Airbnb and we are so glad we tried it out. Yan’s place exceeded our expectations and she was such a lovely host. Her place is quiet, located close to the beach and shops, and was very comfortable for a family of 3. We will definitely look at using her place again when we are in town. Thank you, Yan, and thank you Airbnb!

Jun’s place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable and being just a block away from the beach was a great perk. Highly recommend it to anyone coming for a visit in SF.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Close to the marina. Easy instructions from the host. Will be back next time we are in the area.

Really relaxing stay. Perfect location and great place!

This is a very well located property within walking distance of the beach, multiple coffee shops, and spectacular parks. We were able to go on multiple hikes on the Lands End Trail and rent an e-bike to cruise through Golden Gate Park. There aren’t a ton of restaurants immediately around the property but you don’t have to walk more than 20 mins to get to some good options. The property itself was comfortable. Loved being able to sleep with the windows open in the middle of the summer and the patio out back was nice in the evenings. My only “complaints” (if you can call them that) are that the showers are a little cramped (probably not unusual in urban SF), and the place is noisier than I’m used to at night being on a corner lot (nothing that ear plugs and white noise didn’t drown out). All in all, great value and location.

Took the kids for a weekend of stargazing and kayaking. Absolutely fabulous location for both! Staying in the Delta was a new experience, and we loved it. The house was everything advertised and more. We particularly enjoyed the telescope, even though we never found the comet that was supposed to be out. Looking forward to coming back again.

Great place for a few days in San Francisco with our family. Plenty of room, and having a garage was great for us so that we didn’t have to worry about parking for the rental car. It’s expensive, like everything in San Francisco, but the location allowed us to easily catch a ride to all of the places we wanted to go.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

We had a great stay! The place was a great value—clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable inside. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Convenient access to everything we needed. Would definitely book again in the future!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Loved the beds and the shower. Kitchen was awesome. Location was the best. Quiet. Peaceful. Tranquil. Wish we could have stayed longer. Worth the price 100%. Great communication. This is how it should be. Hope to be able to stay again when coming back into town. 5 stars across the board.

I had the pleasure to met Hilary on my stayed. Very attentive to little details, makes you feel very comfortable during your stays there. I will definitely comeback, her place is very peaceful, private and surrounded by many different trees, flowers and plants. Perfect place to watch the sunrise. We enjoyed the Japanese tub with the ocean view as well. While i was there i was looking for another date to book her place again to spend some quality time with my mom on mother’s day.

The house is as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is large and efficient. We found John to be extremely helpful and friendly, utterly kind and accommodating, and responded quickly to questions like where are the garbage bags. When we told him we had discovered problems with the TV's screen, he had a new one to replace it the next day at lunchtime. The Fernside neighborhood in Alameda is quiet, very walkable and pretty. The house is half a block from a large park with basketball, pickleball & bocce ball courts,. kids' play spaces, and a lot of green space. Very sweet!

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay in Muir Beach. The views were spectacular at the house and at the outlook. We had two infants staying and they loved the play area. Gregory was extremely helpful with providing clear check in/check out instructions and recommendations for the area. He was also prompt in answering any questions we had.

The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally neat and tidy. Although we didn’t really use the kitchen, it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very quiet- allowing for a great night’s sleep.

Our extended family loved being together in one place! We had memorable meals and many laughs around the dining room table and enjoyed quiet times in the living room. Parker’s home is also squeaky clean! One thing to note is there are no bedside lamps in the 1st floor bedroom, so we learned to use our phone flashlights to get in bed. There are many many ‘extras’ provided, such as a pac & play, extra folding chairs in the basement, plenty of extra blankets & throws as well as some spices and plastic bags for food storage. Our family loves being together and this was a perfect place for us.

The house is roomy and attractive, newly updated, and well-equipped. It's ideal for a family. We were adults and teens, and everybody had their space to spread out. We, the grandparents, appreciated having the room and bathroom on the walk-in level, though it was tricky for us old folks going up those hardwood steps to the kitchen, especially since we were asked to take our shoes off in the house, and we were uneasy about slipping on the steps in our stocking feet. However, we made it! The location was handy, with a full-service grocery store 2 blocks away and a variety of Asian shops and restaurants one block away. If our family returns to SF, we'd certainly pick Nilesh's house for another cozy stay.

Large place with a nice patio area, close enough for a walk to the beach or the park and I had a wonderful time there, grocery store within walking distance, was able to explore most of the city and the host was so sweet
