Vacation rentals with breakfast in Exmouth

Beautiful house, very clean and comfy, just around the corner from our son. Easy check in and great communication with the owner. Would love to stay here again next year.

Holly was super helpful both before I arrived to make sure I knew how to get there with different options for travel. She is really welcoming, gave me tips or nice walks in the area and suggestions for places to eat. When I didn´t have an adapter for my European changer, she appeared with one of her own. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a peaceful place to stay, easy to get into the town center and to walks around the area. I definitely woudl recommend Holly!

My second stay with Rosemarie. Once again, everything was spot on. Lovely, friendly host, great communications and a good night’s sleep.

This is a marvellous place to stay. It's so close to the sea front! You will be inspired by the many many books. The house is a Georgian listed building and has been beautifully laid out with arts and crafts decor in a way that keeps with the vintage of the house and celebrates creative ingenuity. There's also a wall of dvds to peruse if you appreciate films. Mariko and Bob offer a friendly and warm welcome, and the cooked breakfasts are delicious.

Great host. Very attentive to our needs as we had a 6-month-old. Provided all the necessary baby gear, which meant we didn't have to bring ours with us. It has a beautiful location and is a lovely property. Highly recommend.

Very light, comfortable and elegant room at the top of the house. Everything you need to make yourself comfortable and at home. An excellent choice for an overnight stop on a cycling trip. Nice breakfast too.

Rachel is such a graceful host. Always friendly and helpful and it was so wonderful quite. I haven't slept that well in ages.

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

Probably one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Very smart and clean, good off road parking, ideally suited for both Dartmouth and Totnes, but be prepared for narrow, winding roads locally. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in a few holiday rentals in Newton Abbot town visiting my daughter but you would struggle to find a better place for privacy and close to town location than Mike and Anna's. 100% on my return list. D Rogers

We had an excellent stay at Kairen’s and Phil’s. They were very accommodating about our late arrival and helpful to assist in finding the place in the dark. The accommodation was perfect for us, very homely , cosy and peaceful to get back to at the end of a busy day. The kitchen was well-equipped and pleasant to cook in. We are very likely to return on a future visit to the South West.

We had a lovely time and the beautiful grounds felt magical in the sunshine. We had a free upgrade to the duck house which was really cosy and homely. Jo was so helpful and welcoming and we definitely want to come back. It is also a perfect location with Bridport and Charmouth beach only 10 mins away by car.

Spacious, clean and well equipped. Had lots of useful items, especially as traveling with small children. The toys and books were an excellent addition and Vicki was able to deliver a bed guard at short notice when we realised we’d forgotten ours.

We had such a lovely stay! The flat is in a great location so you can easily walk to all of the amenities, bars and restaurants in Kingsbridge. We really appreciated the little touches such as the beers on arrival and great coffee machine.

Home away from Home!! Helen and Jon were the most amazing hosts! An extremely warm welcome and nothing (and we mean nothing) was a bother for them. Their home was beautiful, set in the perfect location. Every single corner of the house was squeaky clean. Guests get their own private entrance, own sitting room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Very private. The stroll through their beautiful garden was so serene and calm! I really cannot wait to go back. P.S : Special mention to Helen's home made plum jam! ah! Scrumptious and Mouth watering!! Thanks for having us Helen and Jon! :)

Highly highly recommend! Lizzie's attention to detail made this the perfect base for our weekend exploring the Dart. The bedroom couldn't be more comfortable; homely with all the ameities. Wide selection and generous portions for breakfast accompanied by lovely chat and local tips!

We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

Trish and Roger were so welcoming, made us feel at home. The breakfast was a very welcome plus for us as we were heading off early to attend a funeral and it saved us having to find somewhere. Their dog was very sweet too.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

Heather’s place was a great little find. Heather is extremely responsive and helpful to anything that I asked about. The place itself is lovely and cosy. I would highly recommend it 😊

We had a lovely stay at Polly's place. The garden was full of spring colours and life, the room was very cosy and comfortable. She even recommended a great spot for swimming in the Dart. The house is in a peaceful spot, a very short walk from the center of Totnes. Highly recommended!

The Annex at Greenhayes is a hidden gem! Sian and David are warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. They went the extra mile by providing croissants in the mornings, extra treats in the fridge and other necessities around the place. The annex is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme, has a comfortable bed and everything needed for a short stay. Also provided is lots of information about the local area and further a field. The garden is gorgeous; Spring in full bloom! The birds sang their heart out making it feel very tranquil. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun with a cup of tea to take it all in. We even had the privilege of a warm welcome from their black cat! 🐈‍⬛ We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely recommend it to others. ☺️
