Vacation rentals with breakfast in Exmouth

The house was clean and comfortable and the hosts were both welcoming and accommodating. St Thomas is also a convenient location - it is walkable to the city centre but parking isn't a problem. I would be happy to stay again in future.

Holly was super helpful both before I arrived to make sure I knew how to get there with different options for travel. She is really welcoming, gave me tips or nice walks in the area and suggestions for places to eat. When I didn´t have an adapter for my European changer, she appeared with one of her own. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a peaceful place to stay, easy to get into the town center and to walks around the area. I definitely woudl recommend Holly!

This is a marvellous place to stay. It's so close to the sea front! You will be inspired by the many many books. The house is a Georgian listed building and has been beautifully laid out with arts and crafts decor in a way that keeps with the vintage of the house and celebrates creative ingenuity. There's also a wall of dvds to peruse if you appreciate films. Mariko and Bob offer a friendly and warm welcome, and the cooked breakfasts are delicious.

Great host. Very attentive to our needs as we had a 6-month-old. Provided all the necessary baby gear, which meant we didn't have to bring ours with us. It has a beautiful location and is a lovely property. Highly recommend.

My host was friendly and welcoming, and as a solo traveller it was nice to enjoy a chat over breakfast. The property was ideally suited for me - a short walk to all the local amenities, and free on road parking. The room was clean and light, with everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for looking after me so well.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

This was one of my top experiences with Airbnb! I was looking for a pleasant, homely stay, and this exceeded all my expectations. Annie and Simon were incredibly kind and welcoming, instantly making me feel at home. They are such lovely people to talk to, and their warmth created a very calming atmosphere. The house is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Every morning, breakfast was perfectly laid out, adding an extra touch of care and hospitality that made the stay even more special. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and am so grateful to Annie and Simon for creating such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

James and Liz have a nice place that is walkable to the University of Exeter and downtown. We enjoyed the freedom of free parking, easy walks, and having a kitchenette was helpful to save some money from going out for dinner. We highly recommend this place and the kind hospitality of the hosts. We hope to stay here when we return to Exeter.

Second time here and loved it again! Impeccably clean and tidy on arrival, lovely little outside place to enjoy a drink, own driveway for your car. Lovely, comfy main bed. Everything required in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

We were blown away by the flat and how it had everything you could possibly need and more for us as a family of 5 visiting the zoo and swimming. The pasties in the freezer was a super touch along all the other bits and bobs. The kids loved the toys and games. Everything was great.

Another wonderful stay at Julia’s accommodation. The standard is superb, she has thought of everything. Absolutely spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed. Coffee pods machine is another plus! Lovely welcome pack. Walkable into town through the park and along the estuary. Excellent visit to The Old Warehouse pub. The best Indian restaurant and takeaway Maha-Bharat was another reason for staying. We will be back!

We stayed at Mary’s annex whilst visiting chard equestrian and it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, exactly how described, had everything we needed perfect location and Mary was very friendly!!

A lovely and cosy place to stay with everything you need provided with amazing attention to detail. Linda and Tim were brilliant the whole way through and nothing was too much trouble would 100% recommend.

Our daughter and her husband stayed at The Smithy whilst visiting us in Chittlehampton. A perfect snug cottage used as a base. Everything they possibly needed. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and great shower. All the little extras made their stay perfect. Thank you Julie and Graham

We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

We had a lovely stay at Pamela's for our friend's wedding. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making the two day visit easy. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Trish and Roger were so welcoming, made us feel at home. The breakfast was a very welcome plus for us as we were heading off early to attend a funeral and it saved us having to find somewhere. Their dog was very sweet too.

Heather was brilliant, and so was the accommodation. It felt really spacious, especially the upstairs. It was so peaceful, and the quiet noise of the running stream next to the property was so relaxing. The shower is fantastic! Thank you for a relaxing getaway!

I stayed at Polly’s as I was swimming in an event that weekend. It is extremely well located for the town and the river, and a cosy room. Polly produced breakfast for me (very nice too, hadn’t read this in the description!), and was very welcoming. Good wifi despite the thick stone walls of the old building. Do note there are steep stairs up to the room! Also, there is no TV but a wonderful little cinema in the town.

Ken & Teijun were perfect hosts. They were not intrusive at all but available if I needed anything . They went over and above to make me feel at home. I stayed in a very large room with an en-suite in a very nice area of Brixham. Teijun cooked me a great breakfast at a time to suit me . I would definitely stay with them again . Thank you both .
