Giannis house has a lot of character, amazing views and well equipped with everything we need. Looking at Acropolis from the place everyday is amazing. And it is very quiet. The hard thing is the steps and uphill to go into the house, but you get nice view and peace in return.

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

This home matches the photos. Very nice, functional. The 2 bathrooms are a real plus when there are 5 of us. Near the metro dafni which is 4 stations from the acropolis and the center. Given the metro price for the 5-day map €8, this location is perfect. A 2-block supermarket. Very quiet neighborhood, no noise. We recommend it and we had a great week.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! George's communication was excellent from start to finish, and he warmly greeted us upon arrival. George even organised a lovely birthday surprise for my fiancé, decorating the apartment with balloons—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The area was lively, adding a fun vibe, and we were close to Athens’ landmarks, with easy taxi access. George's local recommendations for shops and restaurants were perfect, and the huge balcony and pool were great for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment! If we return to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, George, for an unforgettable stay!

Everthing Great. The pool was amazong!

We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect spot to rest after flying in from the Western U.S. We enjoyed the views, the pool, the comfy sitting area and outside tables. It was so great we got a little lazy and ordered delivered food more than we planned - the view was unrivaled. We also hiked up the hill behind the place -Lycabettus Hill- in the early morning. It is lovely up there too. If you want to be out of the bustle of the more touristy areas, I highly recommend.

We had such a warm welcome from our hosts that we felt right at home. It’s a really beautiful place to stay with lots of charm, we would stay here again! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment that had everything you needed, very comfortable, great indoor heated pool, squeeky clean with great modern styling, and right near the center of the city. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next year, thanks again Petros!

Wow is all I can say. Me and 3 friends stayed at the heART house and absolutely loved it. You can find something new and interesting to look at everyday. A beautiful home and Angie was a beautiful host, always messaging me to check up on us and giving us great recommendations for food and markets near by. It is perfectly located being far enough from the city in a relaxing part of town, but only a €6-7 taxi ride to downtown Athens. 10/10 would stay here again!

The place looks just like on the photos, it’s very clean and have lots of storage despite being small. Neibourhood is very quiet and everything you need is close enough. Host is very lovely man, will help you with whatever you need.

Of all the hosts I have met over the years, Maria was the BEST! She communicated with me all along the way and was waiting for me on arrival! I do not speak Greek and having her there to greet me in my language was so reassuring. After the LONG flight and jet lag she made me feel calm. She made sure I knew how to operate everything and as it was 7pm she gave me google maps addresses for a close grocery store, bakery and restaurants that were open. All were amazing recommendations.! Highly recommend for sightseeing the big attractions, very close. Thank you for your warmth and hospitality!!!!! This place is a MUST!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the apartment for a month, and it was clean, comfortable and safe. All of my expectations are met. Location is also excellent (nice cafes, bars and supermarkets in walking distance), and one can get to the Agora and the Acropolis in 20 mins by walk. Lucas was very fast in responding to my messages, and problems were fixed right away. I highly recommend this place for singles or childless couples (it may be small for families with kids).
