Perfect place! The ninth of us had a wonderful stay in the newly renovated cottage. Everything is modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The facilities, especially in the kitchen, leave nothing to be desired. The large garden with terrace in a private and quiet location have also invited you to relax. The sandy beach is only a few steps away, and the quiet atmosphere in the park ensures pure relaxation. In addition, the host is extremely flexible, friendly, and always helpful. We highly recommend this property and would visit the property again at any time.

we had a great stay. with 4 adults and 6 teenagers there was enough space to play games with each other (are also present there!), eating, swimming and cycling. Nice spacious rooms with plenty of bathrooms.

We had a very nice time in this beautiful house! It was still fresh again when we were there, but the house was wonderfully warm when we arrived and we also enjoyed the next few days of sunshine that shone inside the living room☀️. Communication with Sylvia went very smoothly. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with everything you could wish for and there are several beautiful walks in the area. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Lianne' s place. Welcoming nice host, ideal location for dog lovers, fully enclosed garden, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach, lovely hikes to a nearby lake. The house is clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, quiet surroundings, great food at Bombay Bar, Pannekoekenhuis Domburg and Snack Bar in Westkapelle. This was a return visit for us to Nikita's. Again - perfect. Such a quiet get-away for all. We are a small cycling team from Canada and we specifically look for out of the ordinary places to stay while in competition mode. Nikita offers a wonderful space for everyone to find a truly relaxing atmosphere and an opportunity to turn off the outside world. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks - Marc.

House, location and landlord are an absolute recommendation. Never has a home surpassed expectations in condition, amenities, and attention to detail. A tip: take bicycles with you or rent them from the landlord.

The accommodation was great for us as a group (6 adults plus 1 toddler). On the ground floor is a large room with living room and kitchen. A dining table where we have all found good space is also available, as well as a large storage room. Upstairs are the bedrooms which are also good. Each bedroom has its own sink. However, the upper floor is relatively clairaudient. The amenities are sometimes very new, sometimes well outdated, but everything is clean and well maintained. Basic equipment, for example, with vinegar/salt is not provided. Especially striking was Wendy's friendly and proactive communication. So all in all highly recommend!

Holiday home ter Munte is highly recommended! The house has all the amenities you need, is very well maintained and is located in a nice area close to Bruges. Carine is a pleasant host who is always ready for you.

José and Michel were hugely hospitable and drove us several times as we do not have a car. The accommodation is quietly located and equipped with all the comforts. Definitely recommended for families with kids. There is a lot to do both inside and outside. Everything is neatly taken care of and fine! We will definitely come back again! Els was a lovely host, very helpful and responded to our messages very promptly. Her property was clean, spacious, homely and just what we needed. There was plenty of transport options to the city centre and several shops near by. We thought this property was great value. Added bonus was the use of codes and no key. We travelled with our elderly Mums, so only niggle was the toilets are on the ground floor or the top floor. So if you are sleeping on the middle floor, you have to go up or down in the middle of the night. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close enough to the city centre, whilst having a quiet neighbourhood to sleep in. Thank you for being a great host Els

We felt comfortable in the house! If we had questions, we got help immediately! Unfortunately, there is no direct way out of the complex to the sea and you always have to walk around a little outside and along the street! but in 15 minutes you were at the sea... At the tram it was about 20 minutes. The place is well equipped! The beds were very comfortable!

We stayed with 3 colleagues in the "Summer House" of Joce and Mechteld to draw up and brainstorm our year planning. In one word, the cottage itself and the area was "perfect". Everything you need for an effortless stay is present and worked out down to the last detail. We'd love to come back!

We were there with 20 people and enjoyed it a lot. Privacy was very great even if the landlord's restaurant next door was. Breakfast is included and includes fresh bread and croissants. A recommendation to take a relaxing short trip on a large scale.

We arrived with our 6 month old young dog and had deliberately been looking for a quiet place to stay in the countryside with fenced garden and Ivan's house was perfect. We felt very comfortable. We were welcomed by the neighbor Petra for check-in and this was the most thorough and informative check-in I have experienced so far at AirBnB. For example, a folder with excursion destinations, supermarkets, dog shopping, restaurants, etc. We found shampoo, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towels on site, not self-evident. A highlight was the garden, for the dog to romp, two sun loungers were available for us and the dining table was used. Blackout on windows, great! Another highlight was the large TV with Disney+ account. We found lamswert as a good starting point for excursions to (Bruges, Ghent, Knokke-Heist, Antwerp) and visited two fenced dog playgrounds nearby. Ivan answered quickly and gave tips. Clear recommendation!

Great stay in a lovely Air B and B. House was large with lots of room. Met by host (Xavier) on arrival. Easy walk into town. Great Bakery 50 m away .

Maryam is the perfect host. Very responsive, very helpful and flexible. I can only recommend staying with Maryam. The house is as great as described in the text and as you can see in the images. All perfect and if we have a chance to come back to Brussels we definitely try to stay with Maryam again.

We had a wonderful stay, what a nice place and lots to do/see in the area. Nice place to stay with our dog. We will definitely come back!
