Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path!
