Spent a wonderful weekend at "The Pines" in March. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean, and spacious. Kitchen is well-equipped. In a very quiet and peaceful location that is also a short distance from beaches, parks, and several small towns. Highly recommended for your next stay in southwest Michigan. Appreciated the clear and prompt communication too.

We had a great time. The house was amazing! It was a short drive to a wonderful park near the water. The screened in porch was a perfect place to hang out and relax.

Really enjoyed the cottage for our family of four. The place is walking distance to the beach and a local playground. We enjoyed staying in nature but being able to drive to New Buffalo for restaurants or other things. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Amazing! Charlotte's property is beautiful and welcoming. Perfect amount of space for our getaway weekend with an easy walk to the beach and access to nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Kitchen and baths are fully equipped and stocked with everything you could possibly need and the beds are all very comfortable. Outside seating around the firepit and hot tub is plentiful. Charlotte is a wonderful host. Very responsive, very proactive, and provided tons of recommendations for the area. We loved it and can't wait to plan another stay!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Gary’s place. The lake, the pontoon, paddle boards and pedal boat were used daily. It is private and quiet. There are plenty of life vests and even some large inner tubes you can take out on the water. The floating dock and lily pad were covered in goose poop while we were there so we didn’t use them. The house was comfortable and had more amenities than most air BNBs we’ve stayed at. Our favorite spot (besides being on the water) was drinking coffee and reading on the covered porch! Would recommend to families!!

Great place to stay for our trip down to Colon to attend a dinner at Farrand Hall. Loved looking out at the lake- even spotted a bald eagle!

Highly recommend staying at Ken’s place! He was a great host, always responsive and more than happy to provide us with local recommendations. The place was clean and looked exactly as described. It was the perfect place for a mom’s weekend getaway!

Location is great for accessing downtown stores and restaurants. Comfortable amenities and furnishings. Joe is very responsive. Was perfect for my 6-year-old grandson and me for our “boys’ trip.”
