My stay at Winnie's is a memorable one. A very lovely place, everything was in place as she described it. Initially there was a little hiccup (Water issue) but it was quickly resolved by her. I must confess she's a proactive person. The manager on ground to was excellent, attending to my everyday needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and I'll DEFINITELY BE BACK AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP

Great stay. Can easily fit two people. Fee was very responsive and checked up on me multiple times. Was available and helpful throughout the entire day!

I rarely buy anything without checking the reviews. However, despite Oluwadamilare's place being new and not having any, I felt the pictures were good enough to proceed with the booking. It turned out to be a great choice. The apartment was exactly as described. I was blown away by how spacious, clean, and tidy it was. The apartment also had all the amenities that made it a great stay. Power was 24/7, and the cleaner did an outstanding job every time he showed up. The tranquil nature of the building and neighborhood made it easy to work, and the security was top-notch. Oluwadamilare was a great host, always checking daily if I had any issues or concerns. The apartment was lovely, well equipped with modern utilities. I felt at home. Host was very responsive. It looked just like the photos I saw prior to checking in. My kids loved the place. Only concern was electrical issue with the movie room that needed to be fixed. Overall, a wonderful place and I will definitely book again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is great several restaurants and a supermarket in about 5 minutes walk. The security was superb ,made me feel very safe. Joy the young lady who comes to clean the apartment was very helpful. Vivian has a rapid and friendly response to any questions or concerns. The AC was nice and cool just how I like it. So overall it's a pretty place 😊

Olatubosun was an incredible host—responsive, welcoming, and full of local insights. The space was spotless, stylish, and had every amenity needed. The location was ideal as it is located in the heart of VI Lagos. Communication was seamless, with quick replies and clear check-in instructions. I would 100% recommend this gem to anyone visiting Lagos as it exceeded expectations!

My stay in Ehis’s place was phenomenal. Despite some minor challenges, Ehis was still flexible which ensured for peace of mind in my stay. He assisted to arranging an airport transfer which also facilitated ease in getting to the location and checked in. The place itself is spacious, clean, and in a great location for food, community, and attractions. Security and amenities were also great. I had minor issues with pro activity, response times, lighting being out, and some appliances not working but did not greatly impact my stay. I also would’ve appreciated some information related to the area such as gate closures etc, and any restrictions in the area which weren’t included in the listing. All in all, this was a great stay in a perfect location, and Ehis was great as well. I would definitely rebook if available and accepted.

This listing honestly exceeded the description and my expectations. The building was VERY secure, gated with 24/7 security, doorman, and receptionist. The elevators require specific keys to even use them. Second, the space was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable. Additionally, the building had the most amazing amenities. If we come back, this is the only place I’d stay. And the host was very responsive and helpful. I can’t express how great of a time we had here.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! The feel I got from this place is the same feel I got in hotel hermitage in Monaco. If you are a luxury lover then this place is for you. However if you ain’t then this place might be too luxurious for you. This place left me in shock, I just wasn’t expecting how gorgeous the place is, I’m actually in luck to have found it. Peaceful environment, very clean amenities, I can go on and on and on. Thank you so much mr smith for delivering a high standard home. It is indeed a home away from home, you proper made me proud. I had an amazing experience in Taiwo’s apartment. I highly recommend this apartment it has to be one of the best apartment I have stayed in. Their customer service is second to none, I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service excellence. The apartment was squeaky clean, the staff were thorough and very prompt to response. The environment was peaceful, which was what I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. Most importantly, it easy to commute to the grocery store just opposite the estate, where I could do one or two shoppings. The staff were also one phone call away and very responsive. I will sure be back. Thank you Taiwo and team for going above and beyond. See you again. Xx
