We had a great time in this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches ,shops and city center within a 15-minute walk, so we did not use our vehicle for the duration of our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our host Suzanne was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Suzanne for your welcome, we recommend your rental!

Stay at the end of February in this bright, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. It is well equipped and very functional. The free and dedicated parking space in the residence is a real plus. The small fenced garden was very convenient, especially with a small dog. The terrace is also nice, although we were not able to fully enjoy it due to the season. Fannie is very responsive and makes it easy to check in and check out with clear guidelines. We are delighted with our choice and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

The house was really perfect. Very comfortable and complete. Located 5 min walk from the sea. Close to town. 5 min by bike. We loved the garden as well. Big and lots of trees with a nice hottub and jeux de boules area. We love to come back next year!

The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

Eric and Martine's accommodation is exceptional in many ways: parking for cars, pleasant exterior with pétanque area and private space, peaceful cottage and far from sight, very appreciable jacuzzi, impeccable interior (with attention to detail, like all the coordinated colors up to the butter knife) and also very functional, not to mention the many small touches of our hosts (jams, honey, all the kitchen essentials, pineau, etc.). This is clearly a place to remember on the island of Oleron. Everything was perfect, including Eric and Martine who were adorable and had good advice. Thank you again for everything!

Very nice spacious and bright apartment, very well equipped with an exceptional view of the sea, completely as advertised. Everything is done on foot: beach, shops, restaurants, ready-to-wear shops........... The concierge is attentive and very responsive to any request and the welcome is very warm.

Accessible, quiet, consistent with the photos and very well located next to the sea. The pluses: the garden, quick access to the sea, very well-equipped accommodation (everything was provided), kind attention from the owner for our baby where she provided us with bath capes,… Comfortable bedding. Small minuses: capricious wifi and unheated pool. We would highly recommend this listing!

The apartment is in a very good location just in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk around. It is spacious, very well appointed and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a beautiful place.
