Private, cozy, and welcoming! Sallie's directions made the place easy to find even arriving at night after a day of traveling. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything I could want!

We booked this for our Valentines weekend. It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. We parked our car, brought in our belongings, and headed out to the Square. We visited many of the restaurants and shops within the Square and had a great weekend.

Super clean, comfortable, and close to town. Beautiful walking trails right outside the home. Bethany was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Walk in to this new and clean place and you are showered with treats and eats! The host really goes overboard to please her guests. Wonderful experience!

Beyond perfect home! So many comfortable beds & bathrooms! Perfect for our large group. We so appreciated the spaciousness of each area from the bedrooms & bathrooms to the bonus spaces. And the game room was so much fun, ping pong, PacMan & more. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. Even has an extra fridge downstairs. Jake & Justin at Freedom Properties Management are the best ever to work with. Very quick to respond & address any concern or questions & are sincerely interested in helping you enjoy your stay.

While we didn't met Rachel we were greeted by Tom, the manager, and he was friendly and easy to get along with. During our stay we made a couple of requests and they were handled immediately. The building is old & quirky and a work in progress but the rooms are beautifully furnished and have all the creature comforts ( we got a tour !). Rachel and Tom are community minded and are working towards making Franklin House a vital part of the Cowan community. If you love small town adventures this is the perfect place to go ! We had a great time !

This place was perfect - it is very large and spacious. It had everything needed and more. The bed was very comfortable, everything worked properly and easily, and it was very quiet at night. There were very good restaurants easily within walking distance and a great coffee shop next door. The parking area had plenty of spaces and was very well lit. Would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient spot to stay if you are going to the show at the Caverns. Walkable to the venue if needed and would stay here again the next time I come to Pelham.

Loved staying at the Crutcher house!! Loved the original features left untouched in the house and the beautiful updated bathroom with amazing walk in shower! Excellent location right next door to Miss Mary Bobos and super easy walk to the downtown square as well as the distillery! Would highly recommend to anyone I talk to stay here!! Thanks Tim!!

We wanted a little weekend get away and this was the perfect place! very quiet and peaceful! The amenities were perfect, firepit, grill and hot tub were exactly what we needed! A very short 5 mile drive to downtown Tullahoma for eating, shopping etc.

Really enjoyed our stay at Judy and George’s cute home out in the country. George was very communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The location was very close to Bonnaroo and had great amenities, exactly as described. Definitely would stay again!
