Joseph is an outstanding host - super friendly and helpful in every way. His apartment is definitely a home from home with every amenity a family could need. The local area has everything you need - a supermarket right over the square, 2 boulangerie’s and other shops and restaurants really close by. A market runs in the square on Wednesday and Saturday selling very good value fruit and vegetables and everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly, often going out of their way to offer suggestions of great places to try. The local neighbourhood felt very safe and the new metro is only a 5 minute walk away providing easy access straight into the centre of Paris. We would love to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Beautiful property just 45 min from central Paris for large groups! The house is extremely friendly (large living room, with open kitchen, 3 very large sofas in the living room), making it absolutely perfect for reunions for families or friends. The kitchen is very well equipped which allowed us to cook for 11 without difficulty! The rooms are spacious, each equipped with bathrooms! Finally, the garden , the view, the possibility of making boats and the sauna are real assets! The house is only a 20 min walk from the train station and the center. François has been super responsive from the beginning. He was particularly flexible for check-in, as well as the check-out time. We even had a consequential accidental breakage when the WE and François was very understanding. A big thank you François for your hospitality and kindness. We will definitely be back! See you soon!

Had a great stay for our Paris holiday. Took a weekly train ticket for 35 euros running Monday to Sunday. Excellent value and makes Yerres a good place to stay. Bus service mostly good from train station to apartment but several times we had to walk it. Apartment a good size and has a full kitchen. It is good value basic accommodation.

Above all, I was looking for the proximity to the leisure base of the cherry port because we had an evening in the Christopher Columbus room and we wanted to walk home: beyond the practical side of the situation of the accommodation, we were charmed by this atypical studio in a houseboat! A real change of scenery without traveling 😉 stay to be redone on sunny days to also enjoy the outdoor spaces 😊 Valerie was very responsive in our exchanges and very accommodating for the arrival time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Laetitia's welcome was very warm and attentive. The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and attractions nearby. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make our experience enjoyable and cozy. Christine was a lovely host and we felt very comfortable and at home while staying with her. She was able to give us great recommendations of what to do in Paris and guided us on how to use the metro. If ever in the Paris area again, we would definitely book again.

We had a great time staying here. The house is very neat, clean and spacious. Our children spend a lot of time swimming and playing in a very well maintained and clean pool. The owner is extremely helpful and kind to ensure you have a great time. Would recommend this location if you are looking for a calm space from where you can explore the surroundings.

Ideal place! We go very quickly to central Paris thanks to the train station just opposite, while enjoying the atmosphere and services of a more peaceful community. There's room in this newly renovated home. Be careful when you are very connected, no wifi and 3/4/5G networks are quite weak.

This was the best price I could find on Airbnb to Paris and I think they are generous to set the discount. (Try booking more than a month, there is a discount:) ). So I recommend you in particular for people who stay more than a month and save more. It is located in Choisy le Roi. On the map it seems far from Paris but in reality as there is RER C (express train), it takes around 30 minutes to go to Paris until 9 p.m. The room is very nice with the veranda. There is a washing and dryer, which are rare to find in the apartment in Paris. Camille and her brother and sister are very nice and quiet, and they always try to do their best.
