Beautiful location with awesome water views. Quiet and peaceful but close to restaurants and shopping if that's what you want. Accommodations were awesome, clean and made you feel right at home. Planning on revisiting this location for sure.

BK's home is a gorgeous winter getaway. The architecture is striking, and the wall of windows facing the water made us feel as if we were outdoors, even though we were cozied up on the couch. The area trails are pretty and dog friendly. We enjoyed a gorgeous waterfront sunset while sitting around the backyard fire pit. The house is clean and spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and other equipment. The wifi was strong and reliable, too. The beds are comfy and the showers work well. We would definitely return.

The place is wonderful. We were down for Thanksgiving with my family and were travelling with our 2 dogs, Wally & Dolly. The location was perfect, close to Riviera Beach where our Family Thanksgiving Dinner was, very private, no noise or distractions for the dogs (that was great). The property was surrounded by water on three sides, great views! It is right next to Ft. Smallwood Park where we took the dogs for walks every day, they loved it. As for the house it was perfect for us, just about the size of our home, so that made it very comfortable for us. All one level, which made it great for us older people. It was furnished with very comfortable furniture. Lots of information about the local surroundings, things to do, and restaurants. Keith was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with which made the whole process very easy for us. We even had a conversation over the phone once we were in the house to make sure everything was to our liking, and we were happy !

We had a great stay at the cottage! The space is beautiful and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable and everyone (including our kids) slept surprisingly well for being in a new space! The kitchen has essentials and a very high quality stove and oven. Wendy and Barry were quick to help us troubleshoot a flipped breaker (completely beyond their control) right after we checked in and followed up with us the next morning to make sure all was well. They are great hosts and have a beautiful property. If you’re looking for a private, quiet getaway near the water this is a great option!

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect - pristine, ready to go, and immediately felt like home. Dan went above and beyond to help us make the stay perfect and was a joy to communicate with. Couldn’t recommend the host or property more. Thanks for letting us stay Dan!

Absolutely adorable! Jaye’s Garden Studio is the perfect home away from home for a couple’s weekend. It is a beautiful, quiet space which we completely loved. 10/10!

Great place to stay with our kids! Walked to the beach and the playground. Michele was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. The location could not have been better—very accessible to the downtown restaurants and shops. The house was clean, we had everything we needed, and we were thrilled to find a place with four bedrooms at a reasonable price. We would definitely return.

Such a charming cottage! We so enjoyed the tranquility of being on the water and found the house to be the perfect cozy place for a girls weekend!
