The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Apartment 85m² with 2 bedrooms to 5 per Kettwig

Our beautiful apartment is located in the southernmost district of Essen, in Kettwig. From the balcony on the 6th floor you have an indirect view of the Ruhrstausee, which is right outside the front door (about 5min walk). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living rooms are very bright and friendly.

Wooden cottage in the countryside (10 min. to Messe+Hbf)

Fully furnished appt., 2 min to the S-Bahn Cologne Dellbrück ( 10 minutes to the MAIN TRAIN STATION, trade fair and 20 minutes to the airport). Kitchen-living room with sleeping loft - access via a steep staircase - sleeping 2/3 people, sofa bed in the living room, hallway and private bathroom, parking at the house. Private terrace in the courtyard in a quiet location. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby .

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Vierkanthof am Fühlinger See! - # Vierkanthoffuehlingen - The listed courtyard complex is located in the north of Cologne. In just a few steps, reach the recreational area "Fühlinger See". A charming apartment, modernly furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Bed linen and towels are provided. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. A bakery, butcher and a very good pizzeria are located in the immediate vicinity of our farm.

Just a minute's walk from Lake Phoenix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district is our apartment "Trallafitti". It has recently been freshly renovated and is modernly furnished. The apartment offers everything to spend a few relaxing days. You have a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phoenix Lake offers many restaurants and bars.

The guesthouse is located in the first row at Phönixsee on the top property. The prime location of the house, the separate entrance and the private garden make it very unique at Phönixsee, among other things. With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay.
