Our reed-covered, 200 years old rest farm is idyllically located between the North Sea dike, which is about 500 m away, and the small village of Seefeld, directly in front of the Butjadingen peninsula. We take pride in a particularly family atmosphere that we enjoy here year after year with our guests. In the village there is an old gallery - Holländermühle with a monthly rural women's market. Butjadingen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven offer a varied range of leisure activities for everyone.

You'll love the place because of the environment that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is invisible, fenced + "burglar-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for a cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children/babies, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

In addition to the beautiful East Frisia with Leer, Emden and Aurich, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation. Dikes, sea air and the lovely countryside do not let you out of the recreation. If you ever need "action" then take a motorboat through the many canals or take me on a sightseeing flight to the islands.
