Great apartment. Very spacious and beautiful view. 10 minute drive from the airport.

We were greeted by Alexa, the daughter of the host. She was the perfect host and very helpful. Even though we arrived very late, due to delayed flights, she greeted us and helped us with luggage. Throughout our stay she borrowed us umbrellas for the beach, inflatable toys, taxi numbers and she cleaned our towels and the flat. So helpful and quick to reply- a sweetheart! The photos does not do the place justice- the outdoor terrace is huge with many different seating areas and the pool is great! So much better than expected. There is also a lot of great storage for clothes so no need to live from your suitcase. The area is quiet but still only a 35 euro taxi ride from the centre of Ibiza. And there are many beautiful beaches very close (on the west coast) that we drove to. There is also very accessible parking and no noisy neighbours. Definitely recommend!!

We loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and the roof terrace was lovely! A good amount of space too for us and the decor was really nice. It’s also just a short walk down to the beach and town with some restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!

What a fabulous place and a beautiful setting. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views. Marjolijn (and her daughter, when she wasn’t available) were great hosts and very responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Joan's apartment on Formentera. It is a really relaxing place, clean, and spacious. In front of the apartment, you have a patio overlooking the pool, but still also some privacy. I would highly recommend staying at Joan's place.

Everything was perfect from the communication upon arrival at check-in at check-out to the cleaning services, very central location.. New modern and super equipped house as well as clean New and very high quality air conditioners New TV with all platforms. Unique experience.

!! PERFECT APARTMENT !! The apartment is even better in real life than it is in the photos. It’s in the best location in all of Ibiza town, overlooking a square with lots of shops/cafes/bars. Very comfortable furniture and beds and excellent showers, and has a stunning balcony to sit and take in the view. The host was extremely helpful, being available on text anytime we needed help and offering personal recommendations. The apartment MADE our holiday, we absolutely loved it. I recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Ibiza, and it exceeded all my expectations! The property itself is stunning, with tasteful decor, spacious rooms, and a modern yet cozy feel. The outdoor area, though, is truly the highlight. The pool is absolutely perfect – clean, large, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and shaded spots to relax. We spent most of our days lounging by the water, taking in the breathtaking views of Ibiza’s natural landscape. The villa is located in a peaceful, private area, yet it’s close enough to Ibiza’s beaches and nightlife, so we had the best of both worlds. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with friends or family, this villa is an absolute gem. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Villa was fantastic, perfect location and just what we were looking for. Bruno was extremely helpful in any questions we had. Would most certainly stay here again!

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 3 nights, it is perfect for 4-5 people to share as there are 2 bathrooms and we had everything we needed, although we didn’t spend much time at other than sleeping. Carlos is the best host - very responsive and flexible. The house is in a quiet area, very well located and it was very easy to order taxis with the app; most beach clubs / venues are 10-20 minutes away. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay (10 adults), as others have said the pictures don't do it justice. The communal areas are lovely, and the kitchen has everything you need. It is walkable from the villa to Es Canar, but there are no pavements until you hit the outer town. Definitely not doable in the dark, so we got taxis via TaxiClick for the short journey. We went to Formentera for one day, and ferry set off from Es Canar which was very useful. Overall we had a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful villa and would definitely recommend to others.

The host Sebastian and his wife was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions that we had . The villa was spotless and had enough bathrooms for a group of 10. Sebastian was very accommodating and consented to a party night at the villa which made my 60 th birthday celebrations go with a bang . I truly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family get together … the local beach is within walking distance … but be prepared for an uphill walk back to the villa … we had cars so it was never a problem .. local beach restaurants .. we favoured the beach club .. food was fresh and of good portions plus good vibes .. there is also a local convenience store by the beach bay that sells fresh pastries and baguettes daily … thank you Sebastian for being such a great host

Alessio gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. He reacted very fast when we had questions. The villa is large and very convenient.

We loved staying here, the flat is perfect and gave us the perfect base to explore the other side of Ibiza including the amazing beaches close by. Javier was very helpful and responded quickly. The location of Carlos’ apartment is hard to beat. You are walking distance to Ibiza town (10 mins) and Pacha is literally across the road. Yet somehow, the block is very calm and quiet at night. This is a great balance. The apartment is very comfortable with a great balcony overlooking the pool area. Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Thanks Carlos

You could not find a better location than this The apartment has a large balcony with view of the sea and sunrise and the beach only a minute’s walk

Pablo is so friendly & helpful & I felt very welcomed 😀 highly recommend, lovely place to stay with beautiful view of the marina.

Apartment was great. Host responded quickly and we were even able to get in earlier. Everything you need is available. A kettle would be nice because it was missing. An advice to Jordi is to take a good look at the bathroom. We have experienced our stay as very positive. You can always park the car in the area. Also good food at the pizzeria next to the building.
