House in Loguivy-de-la-Mer, 1 min from the beach (opposite Ile de Bréhat). 5 km from Paimpol and 5 km from the pier for Ile de Bréhat. A lot of parking even allows you to park a boat! In this village, there are all the necessary shops and restaurants. The terrace of 30 m2 is facing south and includes 2 large deckchairs, a table and benches. Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. Very bright, spacious and above all very quiet house,close to all shops and sports equipment (games park, municipal pool, velodrome, large park with body of water. House classified 3 stars on June 28, 2023 house 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 25 to 30 minutes from the beaches by car. 15 min by car from Saint-Brieuc - SNCF station.
