A great place in a great location! This was perfect for our three day getawa.! We enjoyed several state parks, Ithaca Farmer's Market, Ithaca Commons and, of course, Purity Ice Cream...all within a scenic 20 min drive. I had fun with the piano (Charmingly just slightly out of tune and janky. Good for Beatles jams, not so much the Beethoven.) The hot tub nice for our hike-tired legs. I want to come back in the summer to see how these lovely gardens bloom!

Had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the shared amenities were a great bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plus, it was a quick straight to the racetrack and casino.

We had the best girls overnight! We loved how secluded and peaceful the house was. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoy every minute. On the deck it felt as though you were at a retreat. The house was plenty big for the group of 6 we had and it was very clean and tidy. So thankful for all the amenities and how stocked the cabinets were with must haves. Our only complaint was that we wish we had planned 2-3 nights instead of 1. Would looooove to come back and make it a yearly stay. Thank you for sharing your amazing place 🙏

Location, location, location! Close to everything it was a perfect stay for our family. Everything was as described. Communication with Shawn was seamless. If staying know that there are many steps, and to bring your own towels. The beach/dock is complete with chairs, a row boat and kayak! The driveway is steep, make sure you enter on the right angle. Parking is concise with limited space but accommodated 3 cars easily. Would definitely visit this beautiful spot again!

Celeste is always a wonderful host, friendly and engaged but also providing privacy as desired. She easily recommends activities and restaurants in the area, noting "back ways" to avoid traffic related to concerts. The location is perfect for accessing SPAC. It's easy to get at home here

Gwen was absolutely a superb host!! We drove in from Florida for my daughters graduation from Cornell. Thankfully, Gwen made sure all was taken care of at the property as I also had some last minute changes. She send me shopping and local information so I could prepare prior to arriving at the Condo. Gwen most certainly assisted our family in making this trip very joyous and memorable. The Condo was exquisite, very clean and comfortable for us. The area was breathtaking and we look forward to visit again!

We are repeat guests at Nathan and Mary Jane’s. Their place has everything we need and more. From the clean and clutter free accommodations, to the amazing location situated directly across the ski resort, we absolutely love staying here! All appliances are in good working conditions, including the washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, and coffeemaker. There is an ice maker as well, but we didn’t have a need to make ice. The little things matter as well, with fresh linens, towels and soaps. We are a “shoes-off in the house” family, and appreciated the dedicated area to place our footwear. This kept everything neat and clean. Overall, their home feels like a home away from home.

Hailey was very patient working with us when we had problems accessing information for the property. She was very responsive and there was very little wait time between asking our questions and her answering them right away. The unit is completely updated and is decorated in a cool and professional style. The town is clean, quaint, and you can literally throw a rock into the Erie canal from your front porch. If you love walking and fishing around the canal like we do, you will love it!

We have stayed in probably over a hundred of different Airbnbs and Adham’s is still the most memorable and impressive one for me. My rating of his place is truly 6 out of 5, and no less than that. Yes, the location is wonderful; yes the townhome itself is great: very clean, very cozy, very homey and very well equipped. Yes, the kitchen has everything you will ever need on your vacation, and yes the heater works perfectly. But what makes the real difference is the host. Have you ever heard of the host who brings you a fresh high quality breakfast because you arrive late and need to leave early the next morning? Have you heard that your host helps your kids to practice piano by simply bringing one over? Have you heard of a host who consistently keeps you in the loop on all relevant local events during your stay? What about all these things together? That’s Adham for you. He goes above and beyond and that’s an underestimation. That made our stay with Adham a real treat.

We chose this location to be close to the racetrack and it didn’t disappoint. It was very comfortable and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

This was the first time we have rented from Chris. He treated us very well right from the start. He rented his place to us on short notice. Allowed us to stay in his second property which had a cancellation. His place is very cozy and we had relaxing mini vacation. The lake is right across the road and there are several things to do at the lake. Location is also great for restaurants and grocery stores. We had wished we had longer to spend more time!

We had a lovely stay at Carries house. The location and amenities were perfect for my family. Carrie was very quick to respond to any question we had. I would recommend her house if you are looking for a comfortable home with lots to do.- Joann

We had a wonderful stay at SunnyViews! It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The interior of the home is very spacious, yet still has a very cozy, homey feel. The best part for us was the full kitchen, and we were able to cook and bake pies throughout our stay. And each bedroom was warm and toasty to remedy the chilly nights. Will definitely be scoping out this spot the next time we head upstate.

This place was so clean! Jessica was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Our group of 4 adults and one young kid (plus 2 more adults and 2 young kids who stayed at the carriage house for a few nights) had a great time at this Airbnb! The living room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the fire pit and grassy yard were fun outdoor spaces. We played board games, roasted marshmallows, cooked meals, and watched movies. This was also a great home base for things we did in town, including a visit to the race track, children's museum, and nature walks. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here. Spacious, super comfortable and clean. Cozy living room with sky lights and high ceilings, clean gas grill out on the patio. Appreciated the welcome snacks and extra toiletries. Great condo near Saratoga

I was so glad we stayed at Sheri’s place. It was well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. It was close to a grocery store and the venue for my nephew’s wedding. I had to use the kitchen to assemble a wedding cake for 140 people. The kitchen was just the right size for the task. My husband left his shoes at the house by mistake. We are still waiting to hear from Sheri about how we can arrange to have them sent to us. We would happily suggest Sheri’s place to anyone who is heading up to the Saratoga area.

Allen’s townhouse was exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable and quiet place close to my son’s home. Everything was as described and then some. We had plenty of space to spread out and a large, dedicated parking space right in front of the home. Allen was extremely responsive and proactive. It snowed one of the days. We left for breakfast and, by the time we got back, the snow had been shoveled. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than a hotel and garage was an added bonus!!! We stayed for almost 2 months… host was easy to reach and responsive. Will return if the need arises

We could not have had a more pleasant stay!! After arriving very late from our delayed flight into Albany it was a peaceful and easy landing and we slept so well. The bath was heavenly and the spaciousness and high ceilings were great for my partner who is 6’2”. Even the shower was comfortable for him. We found our hosts very gracious and if we ever find ourselves needing an overnight in Albany, we know where to go!

A lovely space- clean and comfortable. We really appreciated Trisha’s communication, responsiveness and understanding - our travel was impacted by a significant snow storm. Trisha made it easy and her place a warm and welcoming respite. Thanks and hope to come back.
