On 50 square meters we offer a place with cozy warmth through the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months, the recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the weather) can be used in the garden.

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and well furnished. Restaurants, cafes are right on the doorstep, Neckar and train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Wheels can be placed in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked directly in front of the house.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with comfortable seating groups, playground, campfire place, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for self pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm large living kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
