Vacation rentals with lake access in Epping Forest

An absolutely amazing tiny home to stay in for work. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and having the two levels really helped separate cooking and relaxing from sleeping. The house was very clean on arrival, with a lovely selection of cakes/chocolates left on the table for me. The provided coffee machine had a nice selection of coffee pods as well as a hot chocolate. All cleaning products and an electric handheld vacuum cleaner were also provided. Having the toilet in the shower was an adjustment for me but actually works quite well, And the bed was lovely and comfortable for a nice relaxing sleep at night. The only thing to be conscious of, is if you are anything like me (6' or above) the bedroom and bathroom are a bit of a squeeze in the vertical axis and you may hit your head a couple times, but you eventually learn! Definitely not the fault of the home or the host though, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy tiny home to stay in.

While the outside might look plain, don’t let that fool you. The moment you walk in you’ll realize that this is one of the nicest, coziest airbnbs you’ll find. They have everything you need, it’s all super high quality, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Could not recommend more highly.

Vaida's place was as described. It was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. Vaida was very responsive and turned around any request for assistance very quickly.. We felt right at home. The house is close to the Excel and London City Airport. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Lynn’s flat. The place is just like the pictures, very clean, upscale and in a great location. We had everything we needed, with fully equipped kitchen (great coffee maker!), high quality linens and Aesop soap. Highly recommend staying here!

we had such a great stay here. Loads of on street parking and were able to get parked outside. could easily get to the 02 where we were seeing a gig and really close to Greenwich for great breakfast the following day. Really comfy beds and great shower 😍 would definitely book again!

This was a very comfortable stay! Loved the area as well. Everything was convenient. Baker street station is a 2 min walk. The hosts were kind, even helped us move our bags across the street for uber at the end of the trip. Cafe's restaurants all close by. We were able to walk everywhere! We would def stay again! I would recommend Anna’s Palm House unreservedly. A cute and very clean 3-bedroom house in a residential neighbourhood that felt safe and friendly. Walking distance to a full grocery store, Costa coffee shop, and various restaurants and take-outs. Lovely, well-maintained, and private backyard space. Easy driving distance to a number of villages, towns, and interesting sights. Anna was very responsive and we had no difficulty finding the house, getting in, and getting comfortable. We had everything we needed for making our own meals, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes. Anna even left us milk, bread, spread, and jam. Basic condiments were there. Thank you for that convenience, Anna. Well worth the cost.

The home is exactly as the description and photos suggest. The location is a very peaceful and private location in a lovely area not far from an array of restaurants, takeaways and transport directly into London. The home is spacious, clean and all the amenities you could need. Phil is a great host and very responsive. Will certainly be staying there again.

Our stay at Dominique and Muhammad’s AirBnB was Fantastic! Muhammad is a Great communicator and Very helpful and friendly! When he met us at the building, Muhammad was very kind and gracious! The AirBnB itself is Beautiful, well appointed and Very comfortable! The deck provides a wonderfully peaceful lounging location at the end of the day! This AirBnB is ideally located near Vauxhall for easy access to Tube, Bus, and River transportation. Even still, the AirBnB is on the Thames side of the building and is exceptionally quiet and comfortable! The Tesco on the bottom commercial floor is particularly convenient, and the restaurants there on the Thames are Very enjoyable!! We definitely recommend Muhammad and this AirBnB and look forward to coming back!

Mary's place is in great location with few minutes walk to DLR station. Surroundings looks quiet and peaceful with nice eateries and supermarket within 10 min walk. The heater was not working periodically and it took us few attempts with Mary to resolve the issue. But Mary was very nice and sent someone to check too.

Fabulous location - easy to walk to the main town centre with plenty of fantastic shops and restaurants as well as the train station to go into London. The apartment was wonderful to stay in, very comfortable and with everything needed. The host provided exceptional service, always so friendly and helpful and going above and beyond. We are truly grateful for everything and highly recommend this place to stay if you’re looking around this location.

George's appartment was even bigger than expected, well equipped and perfectly clean. The location of the flat and the view over the Thames are fantastic. Geroge is also the perfect host: quick, pleasant communication and always helpful. The apartment is very good value for money and I can recommend it without reservation. Many thanks for everything!

5th time staying with Debi in the Mews, had a lovely time as always. Place is as nice as presented in photos, and Debi&team are responsive and friendly hosts. Will be back next time we need a place to stay in the area.

This was a lovely location and the hosts were very helpful with queries beforehand. It was generally very well equipped although one of the shelves in the oven didn't fit, but this was a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again - thank you!

A charming house with a location that can’t be beat. Close to restaurants, trains, nature and a garden that had just started to bloom. Excellent stay. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful Airbnb ever. Would definitely recommend. Cozy and felt at home. Host was very welcoming and easy to talk to. We took walks at the Thames River in the morning and it was beautiful. Would definitely come again if given another chance.
