Had a great stay at Tam's place. Nice quiet street but also easy access to lots of shops. Place was clean, quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

My stay was amazing the area was private and perfect also the home is very beautiful! Recommend staying here! 5 star rating!

As advertised - quiet downstairs private apartment (2 bed/1.5 bath) within a house. Host was rarely home, quickly responsive to messages. Pets allowed with no specific restrictions - laminate flooring throughout. Linens, toiletries/soaps, coffee, kitchen essentials all supplied. Easy access with keypad and no cleaning requirements at checkout. Price comparable to 2 hotel rooms + pet fees, but private, with a yard (didn’t check out pool due to time of year), decent sidewalks nearby for walks. Would stay again!

A great place to stay very clean and cozy. Had a great stay with zero issues. The accomodations were immaculate and refreshing. Joy was a pleasure to deal with. we spent our 32rd anniversary there because it was so convenient to get to NY which Joy provided instructions on how to move around from the house to NY. will definitely stay again.

It's a great place to stay when visiting Manhattan, and it is a short walk to the subway station. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything for a couple. The big plus is a free parking spot. The host was very responsive and friendly.
