i was in this little paradise for a short time and with some unexpected events not due to the house or the owner. The house is much more beautiful than what you see in the photo and Silvano is a kind and understanding owner with whom it is very nice to chat The view is spectacular, I did not imagine!!!!. I received as a gift of local products,tasted the silence I was looking for and making a Trek☺️ as I wanted. My dog was also very happy. Really an oasis of peace one hour from Milan.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Chalet Balu and enjoyed every moment - the peace and quiet up there is incomparable, the nature incorruptible and the winter landscape fantastically clear. The chalet is absolutely recommendable!

We (family 2 adults, 2 children 11+13 years) had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. Location was perfect, everything was easily accessible. If you want to escape from everyday life and just want to enjoy the mountain landscape, just perfect. The directions and check-in procedure were super good and we found the Hüttli right away. It was super clean and there was everything you needed on site. Even an outlet to charge your gadgets (if you want. We wanted to have peace). Really great and we are planning a repeat. Thank you very much for the great experience.

We enjoyed the stay and were able to make nice excursions in the area. We would have liked to stay longer, but due to the very bad weather forecast, excursions with our old and blind dog were no longer possible.

Deborah is the perfect host. She was so helpful and caring. The villa was spotless and there is now a beautiful and comfortable L shaped sofa that isn’t shown on the photos. The local restaurants are great and the views are spectacular. Thank you Deborah for being the most wonderful host, you’re such a lovely lady.

My friend and I spent 5 nights at Claudio’s beautiful place up in the mountains. The place was amazing and cosy and the view over lake como was stunning. It was easy to walk around and Claudio was super helpful and really cares about his guests. We can really recommend this place and would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay with all family members of a total of 8 people. In the entire apartment incl. Kitchen was everything you need for vacation. Great location with the bus stop in front of the house. Very pleasant communication with the host. Uncomplicated and very nice. Thank you for everything.

Nicole has thought of everything and has taken care of every small detail to ensure a wonderful stay! A welcome gift of chocolates and local honey were provided and really appreciated it. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, drink ware and dinner ware. Paper towels, sponges, soap, cleaning supplies, spices, salt, pepper, sugar and more were all provided. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels which is something unique and very much appreciated. Nicole was responsive to every message and was even provided us with converter plugs because we forgot Switzerland has different outlets than Austria and Germany. The apartment was just as pictured with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The apartment is on the lower level of the house and has a terrace that opens to a lovely flat yard. We didn't hear any noise at all from the upstairs or from the road. The house is a short distance (1-2 min drive or 15 min drive) to downtown Flims. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well stocked apartment, with mountain views. House was clean and spacious. Outdoor area was an added bonus. Just minutes from the slopes via bus which has a stop right outside the apartment. Numerous hiking trails right outside the front door. Host was extremely helpful and responsive.

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Beautiful cottage. Nicely decorated. It's just a little weird that the shower is in one of the rooms. If you want to wash in the morning you have to wait until the one who sleeps there is awake. Host was quick to respond. Also when the automatic lock was broken. Come with a gift. Didn't have to, there's nothing he can do about it.

We were welcomed by a very nice and likeable hostess. Communication with Seraina was very pleasant and straightforward from the beginning The apartment is very well decorated and has a great balcony. Everything was perfect and we'd love to come back.

alessandros rustico is a beautiful place. very spacious , super comfortable. it has a amazing view and is very quite. there are plenty of nice walks to do. the farmers futher up in the mountains make very good cheese. it is only about 7 min walk to the car. but for the dirt road you need a good car with enough space under the body. we love to come back

Even more beautiful place than in the pictures, Simone always very kind and with great tips. It is important to know that the access is through a walk along a relatively steep trail, but Simone has a cart that takes the bags which makes it much easier!

Fantastic chalet surrounded by nature, cared for in every detail, cozy and very clean. Beautiful view and absolute tranquility, at night you can really count the stars. Angela and Paolo are really friendly and accommodating people. Completely satisfied with the hospitality received, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. Lisa and Roberto.

Devid's place is cosy pleasant and well equipped cabin. It is located on a very beautiful mountain close to many hikes and having amazing views. Devid and his partner communicated very well with us and guided us with whatever was needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we would love to come back again next time we decide to come to Bormio. Amazing and beautiful location. Great views across the town and almost halfway up the mountain to Bormio 2000. Our hosts were excellent, warm, welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. Thanks to the hosts for making our stay so great!
