Judine is an awesome host and her house was fantastic on all levels! Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and is also in a really great location. Close to downtown and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. We hope to utilize her home in the future and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Manhattan for any reason!

Manny is a great host! We extended our stay because the accommodations and host are superb.

Cole’s place is truly a cozy cottage getaway. My wife and I wanted a night away from the kids, to ourselves, to relax and unwind. The property is so peaceful and the cottage is far away from the main house. We stayed in the winter but the placement of bird houses around the cottage brought a bit of songbird ambiance to the morning. Everything was squeaky clean and the place well thought out. The close proximity to Lawrence meant lots of restaurants, coffee houses, bookstores, etc to visit. We went into Eudora also and really enjoyed the coffee house there. We hope to visit again in the summer.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped for a family- toys, coloring books, high chair and pack and play. The host was responsive when we had an issue. Would book again.

Marilee's place was a fantastic home base for our trip to Iola, my girlfriend's hometown. We wanted to experience the local charm and nostalgia, and this house provided the perfect setting. The spacious, single-level layout was ideal for our group, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. The decor was lovely and created a welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

This was an absolutely perfect weekend get-away spot for two! We loved how clean and cozy the cabin was, and that it was just over 10 minutes to all the fun shops on Mass Street. The country feel was perfect for slow mornings with coffee and a good book. We would highly recommend this great little country get-away!

Wonderful place, easy to find, nice location and easy access. we really enjoyed the downstairs bath tubs and the TVs and all the rooms. The hot tub was wonderful once we got a small situation taken care of. The host was very responsive and showed up very quickly when there was a problem. Barbwire BBQ was AMAZING ! If I had one complaint it would be the 10am check out time, that extra hour most other airbnb places offer is a big deal when your getting packed up and leaving. Other than that small thing, this place is a real nice property. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much !

Great host that is very thoughtful with communicating every detail. My younger daughter was a bit taken aback with some of the "doll art" which is a motif throughout the home. Location is close to Lawrence, KS and has a grocery store nearby.
