The apartment was great—cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy, making it perfect for a good night’s rest. A bonus was the bakery right downstairs with delicious cinnamon buns and coffee. Highly recommend!

A bit confusing extra digital environment for check in and out, but otherwise clear and supportive instructions. Place was nice and clean and in peaceful and private area (mainly private houses or only 4-8flat houses with gardens big enough around). And, when using the room, be noticed, that automatic light in bathroom 😀, so no need to spend time at all for searching for switches for that 😀.

Great location - right in center of the town. Beatuiful views to the river and bridges. Bedroom windows face the courtyard, so it’s quiet, considering the city-center location. Rooms were clean and had lots of natural light. Parinkg space in courtyard.

I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

We were 3 months and really felt right at home. The apartment has everything to spend a few days on vacation, but also to live for longer periods. We were from September to December, including very cold days, and we never got cold in this apartment. It is fully renovated, has good energy efficiency and heating is present in all rooms (including underfloor in bathroom). On the other hand, the comfort is great, and that includes the bed and sofas. It also has everything you need to live and to be at home. As for the area, it can't be better. A quiet, beautiful neighborhood and a 10-minute walk from downtown. I would choose this apartment 1000 times more 😉

Great apartment at a perfect location, walking distance to the city center! The apartment looks neat and tidy and is perfectly clean. The building, apartment and furniture looks new and give a luxurious feel. Kristiine offers a few parking options at close distance which is very convenient. Highly recommended to stay in Tartu

Beautiful house with lots of space, inside and outside. Everthing you need is there and if you have any questions, Jesse will help you. Nice lake for a swim is just a few minutes away. And Tartu is just 20 minutes away. One small downsite: when you want to site outside, you have some insects to deal with.

All in all a very nice stay, everything was as expected

Very comfy, private and near to city centre! Definitely recommend!

When we arrived, Anti was there to greet us and explain everything about the house, which was very helpful. During our stay, he also came by everyday to add wood to the wood-fired boiler, making sure the temperature was just right in the house and that everything else was okay. The house itself was very nice - spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting area with large TV, wood-fired sauna. We stayed here for the Tartu Maraton, which usually starts at the stadium just across the street from the house (this year the start was up north due to lack of snow). Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a peaceful New Year's Eve in the house with six groups. The house matched the descriptions and was clean and beautiful. I highly recommend the accommodation. Good on site and the sauna (with the ice hole) was nice!

Perfect place to stay in Tartu. 5 minutes to city center by car, 5 minutes walk to nearest shop. Quiet and safe place, children can go to playground right behind the door. Cozy sauna to chill in the evenings. Well designed. Nice terrace. Lots of space! Huge comfy bed. 5 of 5! Will back in summer!

Merge is an amazing host; very responsive and helpful. The apartment is fully furnished and has a good design. The location is also great few minutes to everywhere we need. We love it!
