Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ellicottville

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was excellent and the amenities were spot on. It is a very charming and comfortable home. The location is perfect, can walk across the street to the lodge and lifts. I will booking again next year.

This place was great! Accommodated a large group not only with beds, but also seating in the TV room and around the dining room table. Mark was so easy to communicate with. He always responded right away. All of the listing information and pre-check in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Will stay again!

This is our third (or more?) stay with Lynda as our host. It's always wonderful staying at the Tamarack Club. The location and amenities are ideal! Our unit is always clean and comfortable. My favorite part is how close we are to the slopes. Lynda is always a great host and is friendly, helpful, & responsive!

Normally we stay around the town of Ellicottville but this was the first time we stayed right at Holiday Valley and we would absolutely stay here again. If you are here to ski, staying slopeside is the best choice. Lynda's place was comfortable, clean and super convenient to the slopes. Access to the parking garage and storage of our skis right in the building was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Jacqueline and Ella’s wooden chalet is such a cozy and charming home to stay for a group looking to reconnect. The massive couches, toasty fireplaces, wood bar, long dining table, and bubbly hot tub are fantastic places to come together to share stories and memories. Bedrooms have space and storage for luggage, and the downstairs single bed is a Full size (upstairs has a kids twin). Main floor bathroom has a large shower and upper floor has a massive tub. Plenty of supplies, including towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, kitchen supplies, cocktail/wine supplies, coffee, detergent, and tons of games. TVs are HD and big enough for the whole crew to watch the Bills game 🦬. We were able to fit 2 sedans and an SUV in the parking area (just don’t block the garage). Missing anything or need a bit of maintenance on older parts of the home? Jacqueline is the most responsive host I’ve had and will get it taken care of. Thanks for the stay!

Frances's place was amazing! We felt right at home with everything we needed (extra towels, wine glasses, ice trays, etc.). Couldn't have asked for a better location with downtown just a 5 minute walk away and both ski hills nearby too. Would definitely recommend this home!

We loved this place. It worked out so well for my family. It snowed every day, so the skiing was great. The chalet has a level driveway and easy access to the village and slopes. (no steep slippery roads!) It was clean, warm, and cozy with comfortable beds. We hope to return next year.

Absolutely loved the stay. The property was gorgeous, lots of open space, private, surrounded by woods and nature. Enjoyed exploring the property and the neighboring state forest. We also enjoyed having a fire while stargazing and watching the super moon rise. It was even better than the photos! It was a quick drive to ellicottville where we stopped for a bite to eat one afternoon and only 30 minutes to Zoar Valley for more hiking and a dip in the creek. If you enjoy the outdoors but want all the amenities of being at home this is the perfect place!

We loved the secluded location of this cozy cabin. Still close to Holiday Valley for easy trips back and forth. We had everything we needed and really loved the large laundry/storage area to store all of our gear. We would definitely rebook again and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! Overall, the house comfortably fit our group of 8 and we loved the mud room area for our ski/snowboard equipment. The location is less than 10 mins to Holiday Valley Ski Resort & downtown Ellicottville which is a perk.

The property is exactly as described…working farm house on beautiful and quiet property. Deer, fox, turkeys, pheasant, cattle and bulls, fishing, kayaking…rolling hills and beautiful farmland. We couldn’t have found a better place…20 minutes from town and skiing/mountain biking, yet still quiet and secluded. Away from the hustle and bustle…We are traditionally city folk but this couldn’t be more perfect. If you want quick carry out, loud bars and fast food…this isn’t the place. We couldn’t have been happier with this property. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful. If you want peace, tranquility, and a beautiful farm house, this is your place. We are in construction and travel extensively…this has been our favorite hands down!

To be fair, we rented over a holiday so assuming prices were inflated but after air bnb fees and cleaning fee, it was very expensive. Minor issue was taken care of immediately by host which was much appreciated. Would stay again if prcie was right!

Bob's place was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. If we had any questions, Bob responded quickly and was very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and more than enough space for my small group of 3.

This is my third stay in Stephan and Sylvie’s Airbnb. They are great hosts. Quick to reply and always making sure that the client is satisfied. I have visited Ellicottville every year since 2019, and have stayed in various Wildflower condo units. While other hosts and units were good, I keep going back to Stephan and Sylvie’s place. I don’t give out recommendations lightly, but I think that if you try their place you will find value and a responsive host.

Great place to stay for a hunting weekend

When visiting Holiday Valley for some skiing this ski-in, ski-out accommodation is absolutely perfect! Our group has been staying here for a view years and the place never disappoints. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is very comfortable. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay here.

The cabin was very close to the slopes of Holiday Valley, up in a peaceful woodsy area, as described. Having the 4 bedrooms worked out great for the 7 adults on our trip. The place shows it's age in appearance but everything was clean and well worth the price!

I truly loved this place! My dad, son and I had the best time staying here and skiing at Holiday Valley. It was clean, warm, comfortable and has some of the best ski memorabilia on the walls. Really a very cool place. To be clear, this place is not fancy, but I was not expecting anything fancy. I wanted a safe place that was warm and inviting, away from the busy, hectic Ellicotville and this nailed it. I would definitely stay here again. Overall this was the perfect place for my trip!

This home was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Ellicottville with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Got lucky and found this gem of a location. 20 minute walk from the center of ellicotville. Molly was super responsive and very kind. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home . The house was spotless and very accommodating for our needs . The beds were great and the living room area warm and comfortable. The kitchen area is huge and plenty of seating at the table / counter space . The area was close enough to slopes and town . Beautiful view from back windows . Joseph , the host, is the best by far we have encountered. He is friendly, communicative and we appreciated his flexibility for us . We look very much forward to returning to Joseph’s home !
