Diane’s place was exactly as described. My daughter and I had an amazing time for Spring Break. Her home felt very comfortable and had all the amenities you could think of. Plenty of kitchenware to make meals at home. Diane thought of everything for a rental. She had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas to utilize and was very convenient. She has 2 different outside seating areas. Her rental is located within walking distance of the beach along with restaurants and gas stations. What I truly appreciated was the laundry soap/dryer sheets that were provided. It was an added bonus doing all of our laundry soap we didn’t have to do it when we returned home after vacationing. Diane’s home decor was beautifully done and very clean. I myself am working on my own rental and her place was a perfect example of what I want my rental to look, feel, and to be very accommodating to needs. I will definitely be looking to return here again. Thank Diane for providing an exceptional rental.

My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Great landing pad for our scouting trip to Sarasota. Centrally located to explore beach areas and surrounding neighborhoods. Thoughtful setup and amenities! We would definitely stay here again.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Marilyn’s place was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! She was very nice and extremely helpful. The check-in was super easy and very well detailed. Everything looked exactly as pictured and it was super clean. She is very considerate of her guests and even had beach supplies for us to use if we wished along with a kitchen full of cookware and utensils.

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

The place served our purpose while we were there. It is kept clean. The beds were comfortable. Had a nice backyard area.

We had a wonderful stay at Vicki’s Airbnb. House was very comfortable and spacious. Beds were comfortable. House is nicely decorated! We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and bars. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely come back when visiting Bradenton.

I had such a great stay! The neighborhood was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway but still close enough to everything I needed. The house was super spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home. Everything was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place clean. I also loved the cute decorations just the right mix of beachy and stylish! It really gave the space a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend staying here!

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great week! The condo was clean, quick, easy access to beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning.

We had a great time staying at The condo. We walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the beach and location. We parked our car and didn’t use it again till it was time to leave. Only disappointment was the pool filter wasn’t working. The water was cloudy and it wasn’t able to be heated. That didn’t cause much concern as the beach was so beautiful.
