Wonderful place with charming garden and terrace. It has everything you may need for a vacation. Dimitris is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. He provides tons of helpful tips for travelling the island. Cafes, restaurants and supermarket are few minutes away from the apartments, beach is 8 minute away. We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to get back soon

If I could, I would give Soula and the location of their house 6 stars. Soula greeted us kindly, with gifts and homemade food in the fridge. The location of the house was exactly like that, we wished it: very private,right on a beautiful beach with open terrace. We were surprised by the number of rooms - the photos in the ad suggest that there are several bedrooms: The children's room is a bunk bed above the parent bed (in this room is the only air conditioning), another is in the kitchen and the fourth on the terrace.. no problem for us,but just not as expected. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need if you want to take care of yourself. As for cleanliness, don't look so closely. In any case we would come back!!

This house is almost like a film, the architect built it in such a way that you have a great view in all directions, there is always shade on one of the terraces and always a fresh sea breeze blows through the house. It's just a few steps past tavernas from the beach, quiet, and the minimercados are also just a few minutes away. You're in the middle of it all. Tonia is a treasure and easy to reach, this is a place where memories can be created. Absolutely recommended, almost unreal beautiful. And you immediately feel at home. Everything you need is on site and the house exudes a colonial charm, especially if you sit on one of the terraces in the evening and the stars count. There is room for man, mouse and car... a paradise for children and for parents to relax with family. We have been in the house for the second time and will definitely be back. Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

Really beautiful and modern cottage right on the water. Walkable restaurants located on the water, as well. The balcony overlooks the water and is a great place to relax. Vasilia was very responsive and met us to personally show us the place and check us in. I would highly recommend.

the place had a great view across the port. we had 2 days of rain and it was cool to sit in a comfortable living area watching the storm and lightning from a cosy warm place. the bed was really comfy and we enjoyed being close to, but not in, the main area.

The only thing i missed was a sofa to sit comfortably on, but i understand why they put 3 beds instead. The house has everything for a pleasant stay. Nikos is more than helpful. Everything is walking distance, even the bus to go to Pyrgos. You need cash money for that though. Tip: buy something for the mosquitoes if you want to sit outside at night.

When you read the listing and reviews you can't imagine what it means to be overlooking the sea... You have to be there and see that the sea is right below you and you can hear it any time of day. It's like being on a boat. The apartment has a nice cortical corner with a glass living room and therefore with a beautiful view with sunset that you can also naturally enjoy from the beautiful terrace leaving from which and taking some steps you descend into the water and on foot you reach the beach. A nice and nice experience spending a few days in Jenny's house!!

The premises was perfect for 4 adults. Bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Kitchen was spacious with all amenities. Property area including pool facilities beautiful and well maintained. View from balcony spectacular. Dionysis was friendly and responsive. Located to city and beaches was perfect. Definitely would consider it again.

We had a brilliant stay at the Tasos Villas bungalow. The place & pool area were stunning, exactly like the photos & although close to both beach and Kalamaki centre, it was peaceful and private. We could only book 5 days here of our week in Zakynthos due to an existing booking, so were moving on for the last two nights, but we didn’t want to leave & could have stayed much longer. The welcome pack really was very welcome as we hadn’t had chance to shop & were not hiring a car until the last few days. The hosts had thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped but big supermarkets are close to the airport (Lidl) & Zakynthos town (mymarket) so if you want to take advantage of the awesome gas BBQ & outdoor dining area you definitely need to drive to one of these to get proper evening meal supplies, as we found the local shops in Kalamaki are not stocked for this, so we ate out every night. Many thanks to Sinead & Tasos for being friendly & helpful & sharing this beautiful place.

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

A lovely villa, set in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views of the sea and a lovely pool & sun loungers to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and the nearby restaurants and beach were about a 5 minute drive or 20 miute walk.

Great, luxurious house with lots of space and large pool. Very quiet location and very nice view. Edward was always reachable and very helpful. The kids loved the four dogs who also live on the property. Would come back any time.

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

Great villa, swimming pool and location. Spotless cleaning (cleaning lady comes every day, also changing sheets and towels when necessary). Unfortunately communication with host was good at booking stage but poor thereafter, infact nonexistent. Nevertheless a beautiful place to stay.

We were attending a wedding at The Balcony Hotel so this villla was perfect as it's no more than a 30 second walk! Myreen was so attentive, arranging airport transfers and accommodating a slightly later check out for us before we arrived. We were picked up by a friendly driver at the airport who took us safely to the villa. The villa was easy to access and felt homely as soon as we walked in. Lovely furnishings and greek styling throughout. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd been left several bottles of water, eggs, fruit juice, milk, fruit all of which was handy. We were able to make ourselves breakfast without having to rush out to the local shop the next morning. It's a short walk to the beach, nearest shop and only a little further to some excellent restaurants. The pool area is lovely and a perfect place for a refreshing dip. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and admire the sea views! Highly recommended a stay here!

A very well-equipped house, and a very well-kept garden, a lot of space, beautiful surroundings and extremely nice hosts. The house really has everything you might need. There is a very well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning works well, all appliances are functional. The host is extremely caring. He immediately answers all questions and needs. It was our best summer holidays ever. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

The property has a great location - remote clief with a few villas, only. The fresh sea breeze during the full day + lovely olive garden. It was a real plesure to sit on terrase and watch through olives the sea and islands far away beyond horizon. A lovely place…

Wonderful house with great view in nice garden setting and access to own sandy beach. Very comfy beds. Quiet. Road to location is much better than partially described by other guests (from south there is a paved road). We only missed a washing machine, but everything for washing by hand is available. Owner Panos is really very helpful and nice. We even joined them at their family Easter barbecue . Highly recommended place

Great place, everything was nice and clean! Few tips from us: Be carefull with air conditioning at night if you dont want to get a cold 🤧 Also there is a great place for renting a car across the street 🚗

Initially the communication with Eleni was excellent. Immediate to our questions, he gave us all the information about the house very polite and friendly. In combination with the welcome we had from Mary & George, it really made us feel like part of their family. The house is a place that seems to be crafted with passion, with attention to details but also with great taste. Lovely garden with beautiful flowers everywhere, well cared for natural lawn and details that made your mood. Absolutely functional, with everything you may need to be at your disposal, divided into two levels and each with its own large bathroom. For those who like baking there is a functional bbq with a dining table for endless hours of relaxation, in the garden area. Two beaches accessible on foot within 3-5 minutes, great for children and a beautiful quiet neighborhood, for rest and family holidays. Eleni, Mary & Giorgos, Thank you so much!!
