Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Elaphiti Islands

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!

The airbnb is beautifully located. From the terrace and the bedrooms you have a great view to the sea. Ideally located to explore the region with a car (Dubrovnik 30 min). Upon arrival very friendly reception with a piece of cake and a refreshing drink. Also during our stay, Vicko followed up if everything was to your liking Highly recommendable!

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Korçula old town. The house was very cosy and perfect for spending a couple of days in town. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and perfectly suited for our family with 3 kids. Vladimir and Jelena were very friendly and helpful hosts. Korçula is truly a spectacular and beautiful town well worth a visit.

His parents checked us in since Dino was out of town, but both he and his parents were super nice and easy to talk to! The house is in the perfect location and was super clean and nice. I wish I didn’t have to leave!!

Everything great except that one bathroom had hair in the shower, and there was no shower gel in any of the bathrooms. We only stayed one night so we didn't mind that much.

Great place to stay if you want to stay in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It's walkable to a lot of location and meeting spots. There are a bit of stairs, but that's everywhere inside the old city. The place has everything I needed as a solo traveler and Teo is responsive and friendly.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. It smelled clean when we arrived. Everything worked perfectly. The internet was the only thing that had some moments where it was slow. But other than that perfect place to stay. Next to the apartment there is a beautiful river where you can walk or have a run and close by you can do your groceries and access the center very easily. And great and immediate attention from the host. :)

I really recommend this place to stay, it has plenty of room and a beautiful garden with a pomegranate tree and grapes , this leads to a very summary feel, it is close to the beach and bars, the bus stop is nearby if you don't want to walk to Dubrovnik, Vinko is a superb host going really above and beyond, I loved the place, Lapad is super, I preferred it to Debrovnik but that was nice to dip in and out of. Also the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. Lapad is very pretty by night and has a great atmosphere, the apartment is very secure so you can sleep soundly and it is in a quiet location.

Lovely hosts, who communicated very well and were very helpful. Allowed us to check in early, and looked after our suitcases on the day of departure. Booked taxis to collect us from the airport and take us back, which was a blessing. The apartment was lovely, and in a great position for getting the bus into the old town but also to explore the coastline and local restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on nearby but that was not the fault of the hosts! Very comfortable bed , great air conditioning and although we didn’t cook all the facilities were very good. We loved the coastal path that was easy to access from the apartment. We loved the thoughtful gift from the hosts when we left; a beautiful fridge magnet. Thank you so much Ivan and Marijana.

Ana's apartment is a great place to stay when visiting Cavtat. Yes, it's up a steep hill if walking back from the centre but, without that hill, you wouldn't have the unbelievable views. It really was a joy to sit on the balcony and just look out at the sea view. The apartment is small but ideal for us as a couple and was spotlessly clean. Very quiet area too. We hope to be back at some point as we loved Cavtat and the apartment so much.

We loved our stay at Daniela’s place, she met us for a smooth check in and it was in a great location- completely walkable to the Old Town and the major attractions. This was an amazing stay! The host was so sweet and was waiting for us when we got dropped off via taxi. She then escorted us to the apartment from the drop off location and showed us how everything runs/should be used. She made sure we had no questions and were comfortable before she left. As soon as you walk in you can see the amazing view of Old Town below. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues with neighbors or other guests in the area. You can easily get to surrounding areas for food or other things you made need. The only thing I can say to consider is the height at which the apartment sits. It’s amazing for the view and the quiet, however, there are many stairs and/or hills to get back if you decide not to taxi. I wouldn’t let that alone rule this place out because it’s really a great spot. We had a great time and are thankful we stayed here for our trip!

This place was very comfortable with a great view of Locrum Island and the old town. Vesna was quickly responsive when we asked her questions. The WiFi was good and the heater worked great when we needed it for the winter nights.

Marko and Mirna's place in the old town is extremely cosy, absolutely perfectly located, and they respond to messages very fast and are very informative. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik now that I have discovered this place!

This was a great spot to enjoy and explore Dubrovnik. Many lovely places in walking distance. Old Town was a short Uber ride away. And the balcony was great for enjoying the sunset. Ivana was a lovely host with great recommendations!

Absolutely wonderful. The photos are accurate but can't fully convey the stunning views from the apartment. Simply fantastic views of the old town and harbour, Lokrum Island and across the Adriatic to the horizon. Pasko's place is faultless. Super comfortable bed, great shower and very quiet. If this place is available for your dates, don't hesitate to book. We'll be recommending it to friends for sure.

A very nice place at a beautiful location. What stood out was Nikolinas (Ivas sister) flexible nature that helped us get a great free parking space in Dubrovnik, which is near impossible due to its location along with getting a ride on her scooter from and to the location/parking space. Highly recommended.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Large, beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of the old town. Of most places, it had a minimal amount of steps because the bottom of the staircase could be reached by an ascending walkway, from the street across from the old town gate. Very comfortable for 6 people.
