Stand out feature was the host Dave’s speedy response time to your questions. Clean and quiet place. Great amenities. Only neutral remark would be as it is a basement unit, natural light is average, however balcony from bedroom negates it particularly. Recommend this unit without reservations.

We always have a great experience staying at Robert's place! What a gem in every way. Super comfy bed and spacious--the work space and bedroom also have large windows as does the downstairs. Everything you need is there. It's perfect for a couple working or visiting!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. If we had quesitons we recieved a very quick response. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos and is very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Park Street. The apartment has a full kitchen but if you are looking to get out and enjoy the Alameda nightlife (it's not too crazy) it's very easy to walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee places. The dedicted parking spot was a plus, and our son enjoyed the basketball hoop. We will stay here again if we have another larger group.

Jason was super responsive and his place was the perfect stay for our long weekend getaway. I highly reccomend!

We loved this stay in central Alameda! This spot is on a quiet street with plenty of sunlight, and close to a lot of local spots. It’s spacious, well-stocked, and has all the amenities you’d need for a long term stay. Carrie and Alex were very easy to communicate with and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable place. friendly concierge. other tenets in the building were friendly and kind. the b only thing that wasn’t perfect was that there was only one key available to the apartment which got a bit tricky as our group often split up. but this was b a as minor inconvenience. Bailey was very responsive and helpful. it was a really enjoyable stay

This home was perfect for our family of four! Everyone had a great time, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed. Peggy was wonderful host and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We visit Albany about once a year to visit friends and family, and this is a great place to stay during our visits. The location is great - just steps to Solano Ave and all the cafes, restaurants, etc there, and a short drive to the freeway on-ramps as well to get to Oakland or SF. The house is sparsely furnished but comfortable and had everything we needed for simple meal prep. We had a small issue with initially getting in, but the host was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I appreciated how quickly they responded to messages. We would stay here again on future visits.

Kenney’s home was beautiful. The photos don’t do the home justice. Their home accommodated our family comfortably and we all had our own space. They even had a pack n’ play for our daughter to use, which was nice since we did not bring one. Everything was very clean! Kenney was very responsive to all of our questions and any concerns. He even shipped back some of our personal belongings that were left in the home! We hope to visit again!

Carlos, Sierra, and Marlene were great hosts! Their commitment to ensuring ease of access to the building was greatly felt and I appreciated the periodic check ins to make sure everything was good. The place is conveniently located and there were plenty of delicious restaurants in the area. I would absolutely book their place again!

Sean’s instructions over all were very clear and helpful! The place matched the descriptions with more than enough amenities than we can ask for. Area was peaceful and quiet, not a far drive from all popular places in SF. Lovely stay!

The weather was wet and dreary while we were in the SF Bay Area, but Lisa’s beach house has a lot of amenities (cards, puzzles, games) that kept us busy while in doors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook our favorite meals. It was home away from home!

Great home in a great neighborhood. I felt safe leaving my car parked in front. The home was great, plenty of water and snacks for the kids and lots of beds. Very quiet and peaceful, but just a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants.

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Christopher’s place. We were very impressed with spaciousness, clean modern furnishings & stylish & warming radiant heat source. Additionally we made good use of the fully stocked & very organized kitchen & dining room. In the bedroom, it was very nice to have ample closet space to unpack during our stay. Overall a cozy living space with great greenery and artful touches. We would definitely stay here again!

Christine's place was perfect! Just the right size for two couples, great views, super clean, directions easy to follow, parking easy, and the extras in the kitchen were much appreciated. Furthermore, Christine went above and beyond when we had a little request. Super host, super home!

Fabulous place in a great location. The kitchen was modern and had many extras we really appreciated, like a Nespresso machine with pods (there is also a traditional coffee maker for those who prefer drip coffee). The host was quick to respond to communications. Check-in was easy. We enjoyed the location, which was within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
