Excellent house and communication with Flor (daughter of Carlos). The house is beautiful, as shown and described in the listing. Everything was clean, tidy, with privacy and the best we felt very accompanied by Flor at all times...all our doubts were clarified quickly. We will definitely be back!

The stay far exceeded our expectations. The house is more spacious and beautiful than what you see in the photos. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. All spotless. Pedro, who took care of receiving us, helped us with a problem we had with the car, very late at night. We were able to resolve the issue thanks to him. The hosts are very friendly. We'll be back without any hesitation!

A comfortable house with everything you need, with a beautiful view. Located on a super quiet street but only 2 blocks from two main streets with lots of breasts and things to do. The roofed grill is key to enjoying outside even if it rains. Very good value for money, we loved it!

Bruno and his grandmother Liliana are great hosts. We had a problem because the check-in indicated flexible after 8:00 - due to their lack of knowledge, relatively new to the platform - and from our immediate reservation they managed to adapt everything so that we could enter at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The space is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, clean, warm and with a waterfall that caresses you. Layla, a pitbull dog, is playful and friendly. The river a few meters away with its shade and place for walks is an added value. Absolutely recommended!

The place is Divine and super quiet. Cedric is very friendly. The only thing that made us noise, and that would have to be clarified from the first moment, is that the patio and the pool are shared with two apartments that are in the back of the house. Also there is no privacy as they are facing apartments and house, and there is not even a green fence to separate. We rent with the idea of being in a "house with a pool" and not a "complex".

The apartment was in perfect condition matched the description, clean, good location and with everything you need for your stay. Super recommended!
