Rodrigo’s place is just like described on the pictures, it’s a small but complete place. Nice outdoor patio where you can enjoy the refreshing pool and a nice cold drink. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Location is great, just a few minute drive to all the beaches in La Libertad. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants all around to enjoy, Surf City is just a 7-10min drive from this apartment. Rodrigo is friendly and has great communication with tenants. Will definitely come back!

The apartment is well located. Easy access to food. We had a rental car and did a lot of driving the location of the apartment is a good base. Anabel was great. Responds quickly. She helped us out with a few things. Recommending where we can take my son when he wasn’t feeling well. All worked out just fine. The security guards in the apartment building are very friendly and helpful I recommend to always use the location of the apartment that is provided by Anabel instead of the Google location. The Google location is not accurate, you will end up driving in circles. I would stay here again. Thanks for having us Anabel

Had a Great night Sleep

I highly recommend Villa Stahl apartment 1, among others for the following reasons: - clean space and common areas, - pretty indoor gardens, - fairly well-equipped accommodation (electric hot plate, small refrigerator, TVs, air conditioning, hot water, laundry service ($), etc...), - quiet place with beautiful views of the volcano, - quiet neighborhood and very close to several places of interest (restaurants, centro comercial Galerias y el monumento al Divino Salvador del Mundo, etc...) I would like to take this opportunity to greet and thank Erika for hosting us late on the evening of December 25th, as well as Esther (I hope I don't have the wrong first name) for her good humor!

We had a lovely stay at Nelson's house. The view is beautiful it is a pleasure to observe the sea in the morning at breakfast. Very nice living rooms to share good times outside: open kitchen/ hot tub / pool. Accessible beach within a 5-minute walk. Recommended

A truly unforgettable stay! This place was absolutely incredible. The beach is beyond beautiful—quiet, private, and nearly empty, making it feel like your own little paradise. The house itself was stunning, with spacious, open areas that make it feel airy and comfortable. It’s so beautifully designed, but still cozy and homey. One of my favorite parts was being able to hear the waves from the rooms—it’s such a relaxing touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning location, this is the place!

This place was amazing I would definitely book again just as described and pictures , the live in care taker was very helpful and very attentive. We had a couple of power outages one night but caretaker made sure we were good . Be careful with the small insects we had a scorpion visit us in the kitchen but it bound to happen in a rural area. We had all the amenities and we felt right at home

i can’t say enough amazing things about sihua surf house! my friends and i stayed here 5 nights and were so sad to leave. the value you get for this place is unbelievable. the beach is truly private and gorgeous. the open air concept of the main house was perfect for hanging out, while we could retreat to the air conditioned rooms when we needed to. patricia was SO HELPFUL with anything we needed, she was proactive with recommendations and helped with setting up taxis, tours, etc. fani lives on the property to help with immediate needs as well but we had the place to ourselves. beds were super comfy and the rooms came with little beach towels. it’s truly so much better in person. wifi was strong enough to work but sometimes video calls would be hard. this place was better than the photos. we are already planning to come back! we ate a lot at Nawi/Mizata (the hotel we almost booked nearby) and we kept saying how happy we were that we stayed here instead. thank you!!!!

Wow wow wow! The Airbnb was beyond what I expected. It was beautiful inside and out. The home is well maintained and well thought out. The rustic, modern and vintage decor is incredible. I will definitely be returning next year. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to disconnect and recharge. The beaches (surf city) is also not far!
