The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is spotless, tidy and clean. The interiors and garden are very well maintained. Good quality mattresses and linens. The home equipment, modern and working. The part of the quincho and its fire sector is ideal.

Magdalena was an excellent host. We had an one small issue and her maintenance man Vidal was there within 30 minutes. The house is new than San Telmo markets which is excellent to grab amazing food to eat at home and great restaurants in the area to eat. It is a little more residential than Palemo or Ricoleta but is more Buenos Aires! you get a better feel for the city and its people and the best tango place is in San Telmo. The house is large and grand and just perfectly a little faded, it exactly matches the photos, but it makes it so much what is Buenos Aires. This house is an oasis so some time taking advantage of the house is essential we had drinks on the roof terrace every night for apperitivo. The house and bedrooms with bath make this the perfect place for families or friends travelling as there is space to get away from each other. We had NYE 25 at home with a dinner in the dining room which was perfect for us. We highly recommend.

Great stay at John’s place - very upscale, clean, roomy and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and check in was smooth. Neighborhood was decent and close to some nice bars and cafes. Overall enjoyable stay.

A short level walk to Plaza Serrano and many other attractions made the location unbeatable. Plenty of space for the 5 of us including a large private deck and pool. We were very happy here.

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

We had a dream vacation at Marco’s house. There’s everything you could possibly need. We could forget about everything and just relax. The house is very spacious and stylish. The garden, the swimming pool and the sunset over the trees are amazing! You get the view over the lake from the kitchen. It is very quiet over there. And there are a lot of birds varieties. At night you can see the lightning bugs (fireflies) — wow. We definitely would love to be back next year!

Excellent house to spend a few days with family, friends or getting ready with your friends for your wedding 😁 The house is super comfortable, the facilities and utensils are more than enough, excellent appliances, beautiful garden. Only theme was the state of the water in the pool, but it had actually rained much earlier and Verónica (host) was conscious, went out of her way to fix it and even extended our stay so we can already enjoy the clean pool. These things can happen so Veronica's attitude stood out. Impeccable Comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms. Good communication with the host, super friendly and attentive to us being comfortable. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK.

Nice apartment, comfortable and large. Good location, its owners facilitated places of close interest and predisposition. It could improve the cleanliness a little, some things were not in the best condition, but otherwise everything was fine.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Perfect Stay in an Amazing Home! We had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, with the perfect location in Palermo—one of the best districts in Buenos Aires. The neighborhood is full of great breakfast spots, wine bars, cafes, and amazing restaurants, making it the ideal place to stay. Our host was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. One of our favorite parts of the home was the stunning courtyard with a pool—it was such a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We truly loved everything about our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. We would definitely come back!

Do not be fooled by the simple façade. After the street door you will find a spacious, well decorated and very cozy apartment. All rooms are very large and airy. Comfortable bed with locker available for use. Kitchen complete with the basics for cooking and the bathroom is a show apart, huge! The outer space is delicious, especially in the summer. A small yard with table and chairs for meals or a good outdoor wine. The location is perfect. Great restaurants and bars nearby, plus easy public transportation to every corner of the city. The highlight is also due to the attention, care and affection of the host. Sebastian was present and was always in contact with us to know if we need anything. We love our stay, made our days in this magical city even more special and we will certainly be staying again in this magical corner of Palermo on a next visit. Muchas Gracias Sebastian!

Ana and a very helpful person, the house is wonderful with an excellent leisure area, the neighborhood is wonderful and super quiet, there is a cleaning service with a very kind and helpful employee, there is maintenance service in the pool, everything included in the values, it is very worth it, I recommend it and we will come back!

Wonderful home with space for everyone. Great location in Palermo. Close to everything in the neighborhood yet not loud particularly considering how busy the area can be. Agustina was super responsive and helpful when we needed something.

From the first moment Claudio was predisposed to solve each situation. He had the kindness of Irnos to look for the Aeropuerto and take us. We left Agua Mineral and Elements of Personal Hygiene. I take us in a boat taxi, introduced us to the neighbors. During the stay she got in touch permanently. I solve the return to Capital. All in all, Claudio is a Host with all the letters. They will not regret renting one of their apartments since in addition to the place, human warmth and personalized attention is all we require when we travel. Everything is impeccable , the house is very comfortable and very well equipped, ideal if you need long stays. We went to the Movistar Arena and it is very close by, so the location is great. Maria is very friendly and helpful at all times, even though we arrived at night. I recommend it 100%

We came back to stay with our pets. They had a lot of fun and the green space was opportune to free themselves from all the tensions to receive the new year in a place that transmits a lot of calm. The house is very close to a whole commercial move in Adrogué. You always have good options for eating and walking in the area is super relaxing. super recommended.

Authentic historical BA house with eclectic artsy decoration. Quirky layout with most rooms around a partly covered central patio with huge functionnal parilla. Comfortable beds. Small kitchen. Well equipped. Various options for food supplies 2 blocks away. Hosts are very helpful and communicative. Very recommended.
