We had a very nice stay! Everything was clean, tidy, and well taken care of. The location is ideal, close to the beach and supermarkets. Beatriz was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable.

Teresa's place was large, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Newly refurbished, everything was new and clean. Couple of problems with Netflix which were resolved by Teresa very quickly. We were there for six weeks in the off-season, so it was very quiet - did need a car to get around to all the tourist sites. Overall very nice.

We had drawn attention to the good reviews of Alejandra's kindness and they are totally true. The best part of the house: the pool is always clean and the front garden is very careful. The quiet area, very good for rest both day and night. The car has to take it for everything (there is only one small trend in the development). And it surprises the number of things the house offers: various kitchenware, many cleaning supplies, also personal hygiene (soap, gels, shampoo, mask…), food (salt, spices, infusions, oil, vinegar, various types of coffees, etc.), and various board games to play as a family!. We went every day to different beaches nearby (10-15min) and no problem parking. A very nice experience!

Great place! Clean, comfortable house that has everything you need. The location was perfect, offering tranquility and a relaxing atmosphere. The garden area and the brick bbq are a plus. Really enjoyed the stay. Check-in/-out was very easy. Would definitely love to come back!

It is better than in the photos, since we arrived she was very attentive and we felt very comfortable. Too bad it's February and not being able to use the pool, but it's a tip.

Close to the city center and the beach (5-10 min on foot). Full kitchen (no dish washer). Two bed rooms. Very nice apartment, very good communication. Washing machine in the kitchen. I would definitely book this place again, the host was very friendly.

it was great to have the host waiting to welcome you personally. This flat is conveniently located, walking distance from Cádiz main attractions. there are two full bathrooms, new furniture, comfortable beds and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean, just felt like being at home. The communication with Javier was easy; his response almost immediate. I definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is amazing and we feel very honored to stay here. Violeta is very nice, friendly and professional. The people here are very hospitable and kind. Excellent location, downstairs is Carrefour supermarket, facing the municipal square, all kinds of restaurants around, make a quiet place, very quiet at night. We are so happy. New apartment and with all the amenities you need. we were my partner and I and we felt like the house. If we go back to Conil , we would definitely repeat it!!

Asun's apartment is great to spend a few days on the beach in Chipiona. Highlighting the great location and air conditioning (very good and keeps the house very cool). If I have to say something to improve it is that there is not much storage, just a closet in the wedding room; it would have been great to have some more wardrobes. The bathroom needs a renovation, but it fits. Highlight the timeliness on arrival and the flexibility of check-in and check-out times, we were very at ease! Thank you Asun for your kind.

Lovely location. We were visiting family and this was just across the road from them. Location is lovely to walk to the beach. Plenty to eat and drink nearby.

The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to everywhere. It was a good size and had all the amenities you need. Per goes above and beyond to be a good host. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to ensure you enjoy your time in jerez.

The apartment has an excellent location to spend a great few days of the beach and pool. Upon arrival, Luis welcomed us and explained everything in great detail. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need to make the stay cozy. We'll gladly do it again!

The stay was great. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, located in an urbanization with a pool, landscaped areas and views of the golf course. The apartment has a garage square and a great terrace for breakfast and lunch, with a chill corner to read. The beach is about 10 mins walking. It is a very quiet, noiseless area, ideal for resting and taking walks. There is a supermarket area and bars within a 20 minute walk. Pepi welcomed us on the day of arrival very attentive and showed us the apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy.

We loved our short weekend stay here! The location was amazing the apartment was exactly what we needed for our small family of 4. Very beach friendly and close to everything. Belén was super helpful, kind and responsive. We'll be back for sure!

Everything is correct for the pictures. José gave us some very valid directions for the area. It's a little out of the way from the busiest area, which for us is a plus. Well-equipped.
