Villa vacation rentals in El Medano Beach

We stayed in a Villa La Valencia studio, and it was beautiful, both indoors and the surrounding resort The beach view was breathtaking, and all of the amenities were five star. The restaurants available to us on property were all great. And our host was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would love to return to this property again

We loved our stay at Ana’s villa! We have 3 young kids who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was nicely heated, so us adults were happy to jump in with them in January! 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a 2nd king master downstairs which worked great for my sister and BIL to have some of their own space. Being able to go on the rooftop and take in the views of the area was a sweet bonus we weren’t expecting and our 7 y/o in particular really liked that. Ana was quick to respond to our questions prior to our trip and once we’d arrived. We had a bit of a hard time finding the house with the address/details given, but we were also trying to navigate without using cellular data and for our first time driving a rental in Cabo (& first time there in 10 years so our memory of the area wasn’t super helpful) that proved to be quite difficult. But we found it eventually and getting to and from was easy after that. We would love to come back for a repeat stay!

This was living in an artist’s dream! 😍 We have stayed and experienced quite a few Airbnb’s, but this was just pulling and tying together all the strings to make it the best ⭐️ Tropical and beach vibes, breezy open living, a house filled with artwork (of the host’s mother) and collected treasures, including carefully handwritten recipes on musky smelling sheets of paper. Autumn was such a great host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating, highly recommend renting the whole place to get the full experience.

Our stay here at Sean's place was FANTASTIC!!! It was the perfect house for 3 of us and VERY comfortable to stay in. Would definitely stay here again, Sean was very responsive when we had questions, and the guards at the front gate were VERY nice and helpful! The only downside was the pool not being heated, but we still used it on occasion...but would have used it a lot more had it been heated (as there was a 'cold front' the 2 weeks we were down there). The only thing I would suggest is taking the book that is in the house with instructions and activities possibly be emailed prior to staying, as it has extensive directions how to get to the residence, and we had a bit of an issue finding it in the dark (we were the last flight in of the night and had to find it in the dark). All in all, our stay was MARVELOUS and would definitely stay again.

Matta's place was extraordinary. The views are immaculate. There was ample space for our family to spread out. The pool and hot tub were used everyday by us and our children while watching whales jump out of the ocean. The sunrises are spectactular if you are an early riser like me. The kitchen was well stocked and we hired a chef who prepared meals for us as well as our fresh caught fish. I've stayed in many Airbnb's across the world and this is my favorite. It's close to the airport and situated between Cabo San Jose and San Lucas so whatever you desire is close by. Her recommendations for tour companies were spot on as well. Stay here, you will not regret it.

Three generations (10people) of my family stayed here for 7 days and everyone loved their accommodations. An unusual layout with a central courtyard with a pool and spa and private entrances to each of the 5 suites. The kitchen, dining area and living room are lined with sliders on both sides that allow easy access to the courtyard or the balcony with an unbelievable 180 degree view. We watched whales and could hear the surprisingly loud boom each time they breached. We hired a private chef for entire time and the well equipped kitchen allowed fantastic meals to be prepared. Our host Michaela was excellent, giving us recommendations for activities, restaurants and a taxi service that was excellent and very responsive. She also pre-stocked the house with food and beverage items just as we requested. Hope this wonderful property is available when we visit next year.

The whales were jumping and so beautiful! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Holy Cow, What a great view! We were able to stay at Pueblo Bonito, Monte Cristo Estates, Villa #7. The view was absolutely amazing, as was the pool and hot tub. When you stay at the Pueblo Bonito Resort, you will want for nothing. The meals are awesome at the many dining options that are available. Raul, our Concierge, was super helpful in answering any questions that we had. The Sunset Hotel Lobby is stunning. The staff are helpful, always seem to be smiling and will give a friendly wave to any guest who waves to them! Our entire stay was very impressive! Well done!

Lolo and Carrie’s place was perfect! The photos were great but it was even better in person. The whole place was well stocked and clean. From kitchens to bathroom and pool/beach gear. The upstairs living area was stocked with games for the whole family. We took 10 people with us and it never felt crowded. Ubers were a quick ride to the marina/ main beach and back. The pool at the villa was perfect. My kids loved going out at night to swim after a long day. We would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Posada. The home is spacious with high ceilings and 4 very private en-suite bedrooms. The rooftop deck was peaceful for morning, coffee and watching the sunrise. Great safe neighborhood walkable to several high-end resorts and the beach. Family, friendly pool and neighborhood. We would love to come back someday.

We spent 6 days at Miguel’s beautiful property for a birthday and special engagement celebration and we could not be happier. The home is beautiful with walking distance to a private beach and breath taking sunsets. I highly recommend everyone to book this property any chance you get. Thank you so much, Miguel!

Oceano Azul was a fantastic choice for our family of seven. The property offered spacious accommodations with large rooms and plenty of bathrooms, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. Robin and her team provided exceptional communication—they were incredibly responsive to our questions and any issues that arose. I highly recommend using their recommendations for extra services (airport transfers, grocery prestocking, Chef provided meals). The house's proximity to the local cafe and tennis/pickleball courts was convenient, offering easy options for meals and activities when we wanted a relaxing day at home. We enjoyed spotting whales almost daily, which added excitement to our stay—don't forget to bring binoculars for a closer look! Additionally, having Dish TV at the house was a nice amenity for winding down at night or during downtime between activities. I definitely recommend Oceano Azul for your stay.

We absolutely loved our relaxing beach vacation here! The pictures do not do the place justice—the beach is right out your door and the whole little villa compound is gorgeous. There are three connected pools—one is warm, which was nice in the evening. We woke up each morning to a serene beach with few people and many baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There is a fabulous grocery store walking distance and a few restaurants. We rented a car at enterprise and it was good to have to go to Cabo for a day and explore San Jose. You could easily go without a car here. The hosts are super helpful and responsive. If you are thinking about staying here—definitely do!!!

Exactly what we needed! Gorgeous space that’s close enough to downtown Cabo without being in the thick of it. Great amenities and experience. Best host (Adriana) and co-host (Don Juan), super friendly and helpful for everything we needed.

We were very happy with the location as we like a local experience. House is nicely laid out, pool area is beautiful. Had almost everything we needed, some cleaning supplies, more linens and better quality kitchenware would have been nice. A couple of hours with a handyman to fix some small things would go a long way. Overall a very good experience.

Staying at Rob & Jen’s place worked out perfect for us. Three large bedrooms with own bathrooms. It was very comfortable and livable with a really great outdoor space. Rob was super responsive and helpful! We truly enjoyed our time there

The stay was lovely! It was a very spacious 2 bed condo with a fantastic view and large patio to enjoy. The patio has a dipping pool that we really enjoyed. It is close enough to walk to several restaurants, shops and the marina. There was also a good little grocery story about 2 blocks away. It was very comfy and included all the necessary amenities.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. We were able to relax by the pool each morning and in the hot tub each night. It is clean and we felt super safe - the guard gate guys were so friendly. It was close to some of our favorite restaurant spots. Acre and Flora farms: 10/10 The hosts were so responsive and gave some great beach spot recommendation for places to swim! You definitely have to rent your own car if you stay here. Road can be a little rough and watch out for the cows and donkeys on the road.

Jorge was great. Helped us a lot. Responsive and kind. The neighborhood is under construction so not a lot of view. The neighbor had dogs and they did bark for good amount of time but we spent lots of time outside of the house so not big deal The place is in good privet area and the fact that is brand newly built is making it great option to have. The palace was exactly as it showed in the pics. I am impressed with the house design and furniture. Super clean house with nice clean pool and jacuzzi. Over all I do recommend this place we had fun.

It is absolutely amazing and the views are to die for. Host is so responsive and attentive. This was my first time booking through AirBnB. I was very much scared that I would get catfished based on pictures. This is not the case. Super easy to check in and enjoy home. I needed to get away from everyone and everything so the location worked out for me. It is a little ways away from Marina. About 20 mins on shuttle. The food at resort is horrible if your planning on eating there, which made it a drag to get shuttled back and forth when I wanted to go eat in downtown. Other than that I cannot complain, I am a bit of a foodie and particular on my eating palate. I can’t wait to go back the service at resort is above and beyond 5 stars. It was nice to have a bbq area that we used while hanging out at pool. If your looking for a romantic or simply just a get away this is perfect.
