We had a wonderful time as a family. The house is new and impeccable, magazine, just as seen in the photos, and with all the luxury of details. The wonderful patio and pool. Jan is very friendly throughout the process, responding to messages and doubts that were coming up almost instantly and giving us all kinds of facilities. A lot of success, I hope to be back in the future.

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

We had a wonderful time at the villa in Seville! The place was super clean and very well equipped. Our kids loved the pool – it was the perfect place to relax and play. The location was also ideal for exploring the city. The host was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely come back!

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

We spent a weekend at Pedro's house with colleagues and we can say that the place is very well equipped, in a great location and ready for the enjoyment of travelers. As for the host we can only mention positive things, super attentive to any message or call from us, it lives next to the rental home which facilitates any unforeseen events. Massive villa, was beautiful. Very comfortable, approx €14 Uber into centre. Lovely pool and fully stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for groups or big families.

We stayed as a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to Puerto Sherry is just a few minutes away, which allowed us to walk there without any problems. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, shampoo… it didn't lack any detail. We really liked that it was so well-equipped. Susana was very friendly and attentive to us for anything we needed.

José was from the day before in contact with us even made a change without any problem, super attentive and very dedicated to covering our needs. The house was very clean and the patio is very spacious. We have had a spectacular weekend, if in the future we are presented with a similar opportunity, we will not hesitate to go back.

We spend 1 week in Villa Birdie with friends and family and we had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful with lots of space the garden and pool are fantastic and the proximity to the golf was great. The team is also fantastic, extremely pro-active and friendly. They are a lot of things to do around in the driving range of 30min-1h30 drive. We hope we will able again to visit the villa for a relaxing holiday!

The house is perfect for a stay near Seville capital or surroundings, it has everything you need to feel like in your own home, it sleeps well and there is no traffic noise, also if you do not want to cook, you can order food at home , pizzas, hamburgesas, kebats, etc. It has a small supermarket at the end of the street, where there is bread of the day.

We were a group of 6 friends over the weekend and had a great time. The house is very well equipped, in a quiet but well-connected area. Ralf and Jasmin were very friendly the whole time

Raúl was very nice at the reception, explaining everything very well and giving us advice on the area, what to see, where to eat, etc... the recommended places were very successful. The stay was very comfortable, the house had everything and was spotless. Also equipped with all the essentials to spend a few days. Special mention to the terrace that has given us a lot of space with the hammocks, the table and the umbrella. The area is great, very close to the beach and located a couple of streets from the main one where there are shops and very close to the grocery market to buy good items and cook them in the apartment's very well-equipped kitchen. We'll be back when we get the chance. 10 out of 10 for the service and the stay, you can't ask for more.

Clean accommodation, quiet area, close to Seville, with plenty of space in the garden and well-equipped. Yolanda was always very helpful at all times.

Everything as shown in the photos. Really a 10 minute walk by quiet street to the beach. It was a good experience. The house is fine, the gardens are very dry, but it is a general problem due to lack of water in Andalucia.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful house that has lovely features everywhere you look. It is very peaceful, just the sound of the local donkeys, goats and horses. With picturesque views of the mountains, the pool was perfect and a great size. Our daughter loved visiting the horses and the sweet cat that would visit us daily. Manuel, Plàcido and Antonio were all very friendly, and the home-grown fruit, veg and eggs delivery was so thoughtful. Gaucín is a very pretty town, and the local restaurants are within easy walking distance. We hope to come back!

Very quiet quiet place. Perfect for a couple. Very clean. Communication with Mercedes was top notch. She is a very friendly person. During winter time very good heating.

Very chic house - photos don’t do it justice. About a 20 minute walk into the main bit of town - some amazing restaurants including El Muro, Vinografica and the San Francisco Mercado. We also visited the lovely beaches where you can surf or horse ride.

Great place, very cozily furnished and with a nice garden. Everything very modern and clean and there are many small lamps inside and outside for cozy light. Beautiful beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by car and all shopping facilities can also be reached quickly. Soledad was super nice, always asked me if everything was right and helped a lot. Despite a lot of rain, we enjoyed it.

Only stayed for one night, but the home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alberto was proactive and communicative throughout the reservation and check in process. Highly recommended.
