Definitly enjoyed the privacy of a completley self contained apt. One power disruption which is typical but one night out of 7 was fine and only a few hrs. Great balcony, patio, and beautiful rooftop area, a couple issues with water, but was resolved,, really enjoyed the neighborhood and folks as neighbors. Would surely return to this rental in future. Great stay!! Thanks Idania.

Excellent apartment, very clean ,quiet, well cared for and with electric fluid at all times due to the location. The hostess is very kind and attentive to all our needs. I would definitely go back to said property. 100% RECOMMENDED.😃😀

Our stay at Leyda's was very nice. The beautiful roof terrace with its breathtaking views of the mountains and the city was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the fresh grapes of the terrace. The private entrance gave us the desired privacy. It was great that we were able to host family and friends. The host was exceptionally nice and helpful, and her little touches, such as the laundry service and the regular towel change, as well as the fresh mango juices made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. The internet was reliable and sufficient for our needs. The location of the property was perfect for exploring the city. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

It is a very central apartment with all amenities. Despite the blackouts in Santiago he never left the current and there was always cold and hot water. Angel is a very kind host who was very helpful. I recommend the apartment and I will stay there again on my next visit to Santiago.

Large bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, cold AC and a very comfortable bed and patio to sit and relax outside. Just a 5 minute walk to a restaurant and 10 minutes to the center with lots of shops and a lot of museums. Quiet neighborhood, safe. Very friendly family, lots of local recommendations, speak both English and Spanish. I had a wonderful stay, very recommended!

From the first moment you enter this house you already realize that you have been right with your choice, Barbara with her smile when opening the door welcomes you and there we were very comfortable, it was like an oasis in the desert. You share the house with the family, but we were upstairs and the intimacy is total. It has an area with a kitchen and a totally independent open-air patio. The breakfasts she gave us were great, with fried eggs, juices, fruit and everything... a luxury the truth. We were also offered ice cream that we had at our disposal in the fridge in the room, that was a great surprise that we thanked. The only one but, to say something, is the little pressure in the shower, the rest is perfect. Both Barbara and Maikel her husband make your stay very pleasant by helping you with whatever you might need. It's nice to meet people like that, I would return to this house without hesitation if I ever return to Santiago de Cuba.

Jean-Francois was very helpful with recommendations and local advice. He’s great to talk to :) and very helpful in case you need something. The place itself is very comfortable with plenty of privacy. It’s also really quiet. Don’t forget to get to the rooftop terrace.

It was me, my wife and children in the home of José Raul and Carmem. They accommodated us in two bedrooms in a living room and kitchen space. They were two very nice when we could get to know Santiago well and enjoy a very well-served breakfast. We could not stayed Dalia’s place because of unavailability of room. She offered us another stay (5-6 houses next) Mirian’s place. It was perfect. All the family were so friendly. House was clean and beautiful. You need go ups and downs to reach the house from city center but all Santiago is like this. We can definitely recommend Mirian and Fidel place!

The house is perfectly located very near the center and all the interesting sites. It's super easy to find. Mariaoldalis and her family are very laid back people, very friendly and helpful. The terrace is very nice to sit outside and the many plants shield off the heat. Airconditioning worked very well, which is a really in Santiago's hot weather. And breakfast was also great and generous. Mariaodalis also helped us with organising a trip to the beach in Siboney at a very fair price. One thing to notice is that the downstairs room can be a bit tight when travelling with large suitcases, that double when opened up. We hadn't considered that. But it was still manageable.

This was a really great place to stay! Noemi was really friendly and welcoming and generous and helpful. I loved the roof terraces and having the ability to cook for myself was great too. She was really kind and gave me fresh fruit and fresh juice from her garden! Great place, would come back if in Santiago again

We booked Yanets place in Santiago for a week and we were really happy about it! Great location, great host and nice spacious house. We enjoyed our breakfast (pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs and great coffee!) in the morning sun on the patio before we went to salsaclass. Yanet gave us recommendations for the best paladares and dance lacations. La Claqueta is definitely a winner ;) thanks for the great stay!
