Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

We loved this home so much we didn't want to leave! The pool was just what we needed in the middle of a busy vacation. Thank you!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

The cottage is very nice and cozy, it has a charm with the village. It has to do many routes and excursions either on foot or by bike.

A perfect place to stay for a few days with family. In our case we traveled 4 generations, I went from my grandfather to my baby. It is true that you have to climb stairs to go up to the floor where the toilet, kitchen and living room are, but if you don't mind climbing stairs, the house is perfect. It's not missing any detail. It's very close to the beach and the beach is great, fine sand and very clean water and perfect for kids and seniors. The beds are quite comfortable and that there was airing in the rooms it was a pretty important detail due to the big heat wave we've had. For us it was a perfect stay, a place to repeat.

Lovely place, just like how the pictures show. Super convenient location that allows you to walk around the old town. Very friendly and responsive host, with clear instruction. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Valencia next time

We felt comfortable at the place. The garage parking is very convenient! The neighbors were very friendly. As soon as we needed help or had questions, we were helped quickly and courteously by Bernardo and Carolina. The location of the place is perfect. There is a direct bus 112 to the city of Valencia, which also runs frequently. A consumption is a 10-minute walk away. Other shopping facilities can be visited by car from about 5-10 minutes. The place has a lot of space and has all the most important things you need.

The apartment is very authentic and cozy. Location is just amazing, next to main Cathedral but quite calm. Next to location tons of spots to eat and drink even on Sundays and at midnight. 2 terraces in apartment for evening drinks. Good bathrooms with hot water and fresh towels. Ideal for 3 persons, we love our staying and recommend Rafael as a great host

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

we had a great week. Very pleasant apartment to work from and at the same time enjoy the city. wifi was top. the location was perfect if you don't want to be in the center all the time, with plenty of restaurants and restaurants in the area. very close to great park

We had a very good time in Johns appartment. The communication with John was great. He answered very quick and had a lot of tips for restaurants, activities and exploring Valencia.

From minute one Joaquin and Roberto were 100% with us. They helped us transport our luggage and any questions we had resolved it. We were at home and will surely repeat again soon. The only "inconvenience" we had was that the wifi stopped working the last 24h of the instance, but it was not a serious issue because we had our internet data on the phone and it could be resolved. The apartment is very well equipped, there is no need to bring anything from home. Maybe bring you the air fryer if you want to use it but the rest is very well equipped. I recommend it to 200% The area in the month of March is very quiet but surely in summer season there is much more atmosphere. This home does not have parking but just one street away is a campsite with lights that is phenomenal for parking. Thank you very much for everything

"I can’t recommend this place enough! We stayed here for two months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The property had every amenity we could need, making it perfect for both short and medium-term stays. But the real highlight was our host. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Cuca is a wonderful and helpful host. she supported throughout our stay during Valencia marathon and even came out on the course to cheer us up. Will definitely come back to her lovely place to visit the beautiful surroundings or run the marathon again
