Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

The house is very spacious, super large, clean, tidy, welcoming and with all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families. We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything necessary for an extended stay. It is very well located, close to shops, public transport stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing that seemed uncomfortable to me is the electric shower, which does not work stably. It is necessary to constantly adjust the flow of water to prevent it from turning into boiling water or, on the contrary, too cold water. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if there were thicker, darker curtains in the bedroom.
